Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



Potential Noise: As this is a lower-level unit, please be aware that some noise that occasional footsteps or activity from the upper unit may be audible during your stay. However, strict quiet hours are enforced to ensure a peaceful environment.



Eco-Friendly Cleaning: We choose to and prefer to clean with non-toxic cleaning supplies, ensuring a healthier environment for you.



Private Units: This entire building has 3 units total (a basement level, a main level, and the upstairs level), but all 3 of them have their own private entrances, so no spaces are shared.



No Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking on the property at any time.
