Algarve luxury seaview apartment with pool near beaches

Fantastic place to stay, very well set up and comfortable to stay in. Short walk from the shops and beach. Everything you could need very close by. Brilliant communication from the host. Would definately stay again. Beautiful apartment. We will back. Thank you!

The apartment was modern, clean, with all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view in the distance. It was peaceful and very comfortable. We loved our time here and will return if we’re ever in the Algarve again.

The apartment is well appointed, clean and neat. It is located very close to a supermarket and you can walk into the little town of Armacao de Pera. The landlady Andrea is extremely helpful.

This apartment is well situated if you are looking for somewhere quite and away from the hussle and bussle yet with everything on your doorstep. Due to the Covid situation and the UK airbridge list I was unsure if we could take our holiday in Portugal. Thankfully Andrea the owner was super and very relaxed and understood the situation so we did not confirm our arrival until close to our booking date. We arrived and received a nice welcome and Andrea was very thorough in telling us about all the facilities. The apartment has a good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. The nearest beach is a 5 min drive away and easy to park. Because Porches is located in the middle of the Algarve it is easy to go east or west of there to enjoy what the Algarve has to offer. The apartment is modern and bright with a lovely terrace that has views out to the sea. There is a communal pool on site for residents that is heated and good for kids and grown ups. If we return to Portugal I would definitely look to rent this apartment again.

This clean, well equipped two bedroom apartment was perfect for us and Andrea was a supreme hostess! When we inquired about a blender, she came by one day with a new one for us to use to make smoothies. Our stay was during the heightened tensions surrounding the Corona Virus and she came through with support and assurance as we worried about possible cessation of flights. During ourp two week stay, we frequented local grocery and restaurant businesses and travelled to nearby towns and beaches. The Algarve is a wonderful March getaway as it is sunny but not hot and both friendly and easy to get around. Andrea and her wonderful apartment are the icing on the cake! Obrigato!

We had a wonderful time staying in Andreas 'apartment. The flowers, bread and sardines were a pleasant and thoughtful welcome. (we have not eaten the sardines yet) The only problem we had was with the shower.. it did drain properly. After alerting Andrea and Victor to the problem they came by immediately. A little investigative work, a visit to a plumbing supply, some repairs and Voila! problem fixed. Andrea was always ready and willing to answer my myriad of questions. All in all, a wonderful stay in Porches: great weather, great apartment, great hostess, well done!

We stayed for 6 nights in August - family of 4. Apartment was perfect & our teens enjoyed sunbathing by the pool. Small balcony for breakfast & evening drinks with lovely sea views. Easy short walk to some lovely beaches and several local restaurants. Good area for boat trips and sightseeing in the algarve. We had a great welcome from Andrea who met us at the apartment & provided a basket of bread, sardines, wine and other goodies.

Wonderful Experience. Firstly I must say Andrea the Owner was absolutely Wonderful, THE BEST any Guest could wish for. The Apartment is Absolutely Beautiful with ALL the “Home comforts” and in a fabulous location close to all amenities. It is 100% the Best! We've just come back from our beautiful vacation in Alporchinos at Casa Conquilha. What a fantastic place! Firstly, the area. The apartment is based in a small(ish) well maintained complex. It has it's own secure private pool and tennis court. Nearby there are many little (and large) restaurants, all the ones we tried were great! Also, within a 3 minute walk there is a large supermarket, “Intermarche” I think. This was a godsend. Since we were self catering having a shop so close by meant not having to do the usual 'big shop', military style, in case you forget anything. The daily jaunt to the shop became quite relaxing and routine. Casa Conquilha is a great place to base yourself in the Algarve, very central for touring and sightseeing east and west Algarve. Within close vicinity is a spectacular choice of beaches. A short walk from the apartment there are three different beaches that we tried, 1 'touristy' and 2 quieter ones. Also close by is the 5* Vila Vita resort which has amongst other things a Michelin stared restaurant, we visited for hubby's birthday whilst there....Divine! Now, the apartment, Casa Conquilha. The apartment was clearly recently refurbished...and it was stunning! Light, bright and airy. The owner, Andrea, met us to hand over the keys and guided us around the apartment and local area. She was delightful, even before we arrived, answering emails and checking in with us once we had landed with a lovely text. The two bedrooms were perfect, we had seen pictures online but they certainly didn't do justice to the quality and feel for the rooms. The beds were good quality and we had the best sleep in them. The bathroom deserves a special mention ( the shower ) amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped...and I mean FULLY equipped. Absolutely everything you could want, even a knife sharpener! (my usual grumble with rentals is blunt knives for cooking) Washing machine, dishwasher...you name it, it's all there. The kitchen is semi open to the living room which is roomy and has TV and a DVD player, great for the kids. Off the living room is a balcony with raised glass panels for safety and my goodness..THE VIEW!... You have a panoramic view of the coast line, absolutely beautiful. All in all a great holiday. Will definitely be back next year.

We just had the perfect one-week holiday as the very first guests who got to inaugurate the place, what a privilege! Andrea (the host) was in contact via email beforehand to give us directions to the apartment, where she met us to let us know all the relevant details for our stay. The photographs on the website are actually an understatement, once we entered the apartment we could not believe the view we were surrounded by. We had our breakfast outside every morning, overlooking the sea - wow, how amazing! There are plenty of quiet, clean beaches very close by, as well as cafés and restaurants, all within walking distance. We visited all the nearby places, such as Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Silves and Armação de Pera, all more or less 15 minutes away by car. One day we drove to Lagos, which took us about 30 min to get there. We loved taking our daughter to Zoomarine, which is only a short drive from the apartment as well as Guia Shopping, a large outdoor shopping mall. It has been a wonderful holiday and we would definitely return to Andrea´s apartment. Absolutely recommend!!
