Wonderful everything! Clean, million dollar view and complete serenity. Communication is excellent and the seaside “cottage” has everything you could want for comfort. I have been here several times and can’t be happier. Many, many thanks to the wonderful hosts.

Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and well appointed.The immediate area is peaceful and quiet with the ocean just steps from the apartment. Travel to Boothbay is easy. The botanical gardens are definitely worth a visit.It was very easy to communicate with both the owners and the property manager. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Very clean, very close to ocean...i believe the kitchen was well stocked for cooking altho, i mainly used the coffee maker and teakettle!We really enjoyed the chairs right down next to the sea with aglass of wine in the evening. Hope to return again

My husband and I spent 3 nights there and found it very relaxing. We found some nice restaurants and breweries, did some shopping and visited with family. We would definitely go back, great location.

From the moment I crested the driveway, I knew I was in for a special treat at Ocean Spray! From the rocky coastline and crashing waves to the coastally cozy accommodation, this was one of my most favorite rentals I've visited. Highly recommended with no notes!

What a beautiful location! We spent 5 nights here and would loved to have stayed longer. This was our first trip to Maine so I had plans to do several day trips while based in Boothbay. We loved it so much here that we stayed in the Boothbay area the entire time.We were able to meet the owners and they are lovely people who are very welcoming to their home.Our favorite spot was the red chairs looking out over the water. We were also lucky enough to enjoy the fire pit one beautiful evening.The apartment has everything you might need and is very comfortable. I would not hesitate to return and am thankful that we were able to experience this beautiful home!

Had a great stay! Such a beautiful secluded spot, but also close to boothbay harbor and a lot of other Maine coast activities. The apartment itself was clean and nice and everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

I would call this property Serenity. This is a beautiful apartment that is directly on the rocky coastline. Close to Boothbay but far enough away to offer solitude. We loved watching the sunrise and a seal feed on fish every morning. It was magical.

Exactly the vacation stay we were looking for! Quiet, comfortable, clean, cozy, and with absolutely the best views. This property is phenomenal, and I know you’ll love sitting outside watching the ocean as much as we did!

Perfect location. Everything I was hoping for.

The picture is absolutely accurate showing this immaculate, lovely apartment. The woods around provided hiking, the ocean rocks were fun to scramble on. Loved golfing on the area as well as cruising on the ocean Beth and Dan are kind and friendly. We absolutely would recommend this if you are in Maine near Boothbay harbor. We have been in love with this spot for years , It is beautiful serene restfull neat and clean and has the best hosts , This year there was an additional sitting area higher up next to the apt which was wonderful . We love sitting on the red chairs right near the ocean and we also love sitting by the apt in view of the ocean with the sounds of nature in our ears , One cant ask for more ,we hope to be back again and again

This is everything you want from a Maine vacation. Quiet and private location, beautiful rocky oceanfront, clean and well-kept living space with all the necessary amenities. We had a great stay!

We love this property. We have stayed at Ocean Spray several times. It is hard not to come back every year.

We fell in love with this property when we saw the pictures and when we arrived we were not disappointed. The cottage is cozy and very comfortable but the views of the ocean are definitely the most wonderful part. We were fascinated watching the waves break on the rocks and the tides change the landscape hourly.We visited early in the season so the weather was wet and cold but we had fun exploring the area and making use of the well equipped kitchen to make some of our meals at home.The property manager and the owners were friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this gorgeous ocean front property. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable, we used the gas grill every night but one. After a full day of exploring, we sat on the red Adirondack chairs and just enjoyed the sound of the waves and the view. Beth and Dan were wonderful hosts. Beth made us a treat and after a long drive that was much appreciated! Can’t say enough. The stay was PEEFECT!

My husband and I are new empty-nesters and have decided to explore new places. We decided on a last minute trip during fall break from school. We could not be happier about our decision to visit the beautiful state of Maine! This apartment is perfect: the view, the location, the layout, the amenities. We could not have asked for more! The hosts were fantastic and the property was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. We will definitely return! Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Point. Close enough to restaurants, etc. but secluded and relaxing. We will definitely be back! Already looking at our calendars.
