Adorable Cottage 2 Blocks From Forsyth Park - A

The location was excellent and ease of check in and check out was especially notable! The property fits right in with the historic nature of the district with its olden charm of internal design and furnishing. Have to say, however, that accuracy of the listing could be argued - yes, all the photos of all the rooms were there, but whatever the lens the photographer used creates a very misleading impression that rooms are much larger than they really are!Communication with hosts was decent (they respond) but rather delayed - we needed to clarify parking situation and only received answer the following day, which with a 2-night reservation is kind of not really valuable. But lucky for us, there was always space on the street most of the time except one brief interval. One curious thing to call out - some of the lights are either out or the outlets have no power. In our day and age with all the multiple devices that require charging this does present some logistical challenges. Also, to a much greater surprise - while TV was in the room, the remove was nowhere to be found... But since we all had our own devices and our stays in the room were brief - we did not bother to reach out to the hosts. One small recommendation - consider adding a simple deck of UNO to the list of entertainment... This should be most economical investment which can provide significant value in terms of hours of family entertainment ;)

The space is lovely and the location was super convenient to everything. There were two things that were a problem. 1) The AC was not working properly due to the lightning storm. I know it was a freak event, but the response time could have been better.2) There was no broom or Swiffer to clean any spills.Lastly, it may be a long shot since we checked every room before we left, but I am missing a set of keys. Let me know if you have come across them.

Very good location, the place was cute and was just what we needed for three old broads..... we had a wonderful time. My truck got ransacked by kids in the middle of the night looking for money. So, be aware and lock up. Keep nothing in your car. They stole a tool box and some old lottery tickets. I didnt let it bother me though, didnt want to interrupt my time with family and friends.

Had a great time in Savannah! The house is close to the park with great restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and Chase was easy to talk to about anything we needed!

The cottage is a perfect place to stay in historic Savannah. Close to the park, tons of restaurants within walking distance, easy parking, and easy access. The house is so charming with old features like wood floors, metal door knobs, and other details. It also has modern conveniences like a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Absolutely loved everything about this place (and they left out soooo many towels!). If we visit Savannah again I will absolutely look here first!

Really cute older home in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from everything downtown and super close to Forsyth Park. Bed comfort was just o.k. And the common area was small for eating and watching tv. Parking was easy and we had everything needed for our stay. Great communication with the host.

Shower water pressure was very low. Otherwise everything was great.

Good location from which to visit old Savannah. Approx. 30-minute walk to River Street. Seemed like a safe and quiet neighborhood. Three bedrooms and a living room perfect for our mother-daughter weekend. Owner provided coffee and filters which we greatly appreciated.

Wonderful! Great location and great place. It was more spacious than i thought. The bathroom is small due to it being an older home but was very comfortable with a lovely shower. Perfect for us and our dogs.

Lovely property and perfect location off of Forsyth Park. Each bedroom is decorated in a different style and each family member had a favorite! Very confortable walking distance to everything in the historic district.

Charming, clean home located in close proximity to all the fun stuff Savannah has to offer. Seamless check in and very responsive host. Mostly quiet neighborhood for being in town. Felt safe. Plenty of space for a vintage home. Thank you for the hospitality!

Will book again if we return in the future. Pet friendly and easy walk to Forsyth park, grocery store, restaurants, and the free DOT trolley to downtown. DOT map is very helpful.

The cottage looked just as described. It was clean and very comfortable for the 3 of us to share for a few nights. I would definitely book again! The property owners we very quick to answer any questions prior to arrival and we needed nothing from them while there as nothing went wrong!! Very happy with this adorable cottage.
