Mariner’s Walk is ideally positioned at a bend on the Isle of Palms, which has created one of the largest sand beaches along the “Lowcountry” coastline. Just a few steps off the screened porch will lead you across a beautifully landscaped green by the swimming pool then out through the rolling dunes topped with sea oats out leading to the water. It is beautiful!

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Mariners Walk pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

*Parking Details:*
- There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

    Wonderful unit at Wild Dunes. So convenient to downtown Charleston, Mt Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island. Screened in porch lets you enjoy the view of the ocean. Community pool is great. Love that you have either option to soak up the sun.

    Beautiful and well maintained condo. It's the perfect vacation location, just steps from the beach and pool. The condo had everything we needed, pots & pans, extra towels, and it was a great size for a family of 4.

    Out of all the places I’ve stayed this is one of my favorites. The place was so clean, very nicely decorated, had everything we needed, and in a great location! I highly recommend staying here. We loved every minute of it.

    VRBO did a great job showcasing this fantastic location. Many options were considered but 7A Mariners Walk in Wild Dunes on Isle of Palms in SC won the prize! Avantstay was an excellent Host; communication, responsiveness & cuatomer service. The location was very clean and up-to-date. Id recommend all parties; VRBO, Avantstay & Mariners Walk in Wild Dunes!

    This property needs lots of work. Went to pull the sheets down for first night and 2 of the 3 beds had horrible looking blood stains, hair and random other stains. Stayed up til 1am doing laundry. Had to search the next day for clean sheets in the unit. The rugs and the bed comforters are absolutely disgusting. It would cost very little to replace the bedding and rugs, so I do not understand why it hasn’t been done. The rugs are all curled on the sides causing a major tripping hazard. Dryer broke about 3 days j to stay. Very difficult to communicate and get responses. Someone came to “look” at it and just told us to try something. When it did not work they didn’t care nor did they bother trying again to fix it. Dropped off towels then we’re done with us. The kitchen is nice. That’s about the only positive thing I can say. Cannot believe the money spent to stay at such a dirty place

    The condo is in the perfect location and had everything we needed for our family vacation. Place was spotless! A few things I would recommend: A welcome packet for guests that gives WiFi password, trash collection site etc. I would include a starter supply of coffee for the first morning. A step stool is needed in the kitchen because cabinets are high and oddly placed. As you see, minor issues that did not prevent us from thoroughly enjoying our stay. Thank you for a great week!
