70sqm Flat + 40 Sqm Terrace+ Exclusive Use Swimming Pool + Internet Wi Fi

We have been coming to Sicily for a number of years and for 3 of the last 4 visits we have stayed at Vanessa’s lovely residence. Its location is perfect being 20 minutes outside Ortigia which is totally stunning. Amazing restaurants, bars & a great food market. The apartment itself is simple but it has everything you need. The pool is lovely and regularly cleaned. Vanessa & her lovely son Lorenzo could not be more helpful. Vanessa I am sure we will be back in 2027

Great place for two couples. Only 10 minutes drive into Syracusa and Ortega. We enjoyed the private pool as well. We used this location as our base for 9 days in the south east and it was perfect. I would only suggest that the photos of the patio be updated as the couch seating was not there when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends who want to explore the southeast of Sicily.

This was one of the most uncomfortable rentals we have done, The pool had no stairs to get into the pool. The bathrooms were triangular and very cramped. The small shower had no place to put soap or shampoo. The extra interior locked doors were strange and not necessary. The small kitchen table took up most of the kitchen. The location was on an unattractive small road. One direction out of the apartment was overrun with litter dumped by the side of the road. Stephanie, the property manager was great and helpful, but she couldn't overcome the short comings of this rental house.

Very good place to stay for vacation, exactly like in the photos of the offer. Stephanie and Vanessa made the check-in/check out very easy and were kind. We recommend.

We had a lovely time once we got there. You need a car to get to the location. The location is beautiful but you need to be aware that you have to drive for a baker, grocerystore etc. So your basic necessities. Stephanie helped us when we needed to find a nice restaurant, she booked a lovely table. We advice everybody to book this location and not hold back when you have a car

We stayed 10 days at Casa Carlotta with amazing swimming pool. We couldn't be more happy with our first Summer holidays since 2019. The house is a good size for a family of four with air conditioning, all kitchen utensils and lovely outdoor area. Vanessa the owner is very friendly and helpful. Syracuse with its old town Ortigia is only 15 minutes drive and highly recommend to visit. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much, friendly owner, amazing welcome package (beer, wine, homemade pasta salad), clean, quiet with privacy, quick responses from owners, i can recommend this villa and owner.

Property was really clean and had all the necessary cooking utensils. Stephanie was easy to contact and gave us good recommendations for eating out in siracusa and her choices never disappointed us. The property is in a really quiet location not far from siracusa nor arenella beach. Would highly recommend the property.

we really enjoyed our stay at this clean and bright house. we had our own space, our own pool and air conditioning! the house was clean and modern, and the hosts just lovely! as this was our honeymoon, we had a fresh salad, fresh fruits, a bottle of wine and a traditional sicilian cake in the frigde! :) and also some weddingcouple figures on the bed, which was really cute :) stephanié, who showed us the house and welcomed us very warm, is really fantastic! she gave us a map and many good tips for good restaurants, where to park the car and other places to go. she was always on call and always answered immediately on whatsapp. thanks a lot for this wonderful week :)
