Stayed Oct 19, 2025The property was very nice and clean. The fire pit area was nice. The owners have some wood available. Unfortunately, the owners live upstairs and a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood. It's not a secluded location.

Stayed Oct 30, 2025Our host mmet us upon arrival to welcome us. He was very gracious and friendly. He and my wife talked about all the things she wanted to see and do while there. His suggestions added greatly to our stay. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. I would recoomend it to anyone.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025It was obvious that this host pays attention to details. The apartment was clean, stocked with coffee, creamers, stuff to make smores, etc. This bed was comfortable and the towels in the bathroom were high quality. Plants and other decorations added to the experience. This was our first vacation with our dog, so we didn’t know what to expect. But, I can say It went well. Though I had forgotten to bring dog bowls I was pleasantly surprised to learn they the host had already provided by the host for our use. Thank you Brian! Finality the location is convenient to Chattanooga. We would stay again. This picture pretty of my dog well sums it up.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025We brought a dog and the hosts had a water bowl filled with water, treats, a blanket, and toys all ready to go for her. They also offered recommendations for activities to do around Chattanooga. The tv had several streaming services available all with their own guest profile so we never had to sign into our personal accounts. Overall it was a great stay.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures- so cute, clean, and had so many personalized touched to it that made us feel so welcome. The location felt really safe and was 15 mins from everything we wanted to do. I would 100% come back!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Perfect location tucked away in the neighborhood. House was very clean and minimalist for weekend needs. Has a toaster oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, extra toiletries (if needed), washer/dryer. Single stove worked well but takes awhile to heat up. Overall would rebook this location to explore Chattanooga. Good property to stay at to visit Rock city, Ruby Falls and The Lost Sea.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024This was a perfect place for us to stay to visit our son at UTC for parents weekend. We brought our dog and there are plenty of walking trails nearby. Owners were friendly and very helpful.
