Whatever your heart’s desire, you’ll find it at 307 Summerhouse. Beautifully designed and appointed, 307 Summerhouse is striking as you enter this wonderful home. Your heart will skip a beat as you look out at the oceanfront view of this newly renovated condo.

Throughout the condo, you will find new paint, smooth ceilings, and additional lighting. The kitchen has new paint, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring. You have two options for dining. One is a four-persontable in the kitchen nook while the other is between the living room and the kitchen with a brand new dining table that seats six with two additional seats at the bar. The professionally coordinated living room is simply gorgeous with two new swivel chairs that can be used as conversation pieces or to look out at the ocean.

Two of the three bedrooms each feature a king bed with ocean views and new furniture for both bedrooms. The third bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed and two full beds (bunk). Each bedroom also features a full private bath.

Your heart will fall in love with the interior of 307 Summerhouse. When it is time to hit the water, your heart will race with excitement as you are torn between the private pool for the Summer House Community, or the sand and surf truly unique to the Isle of Palms. The Summer House pool has plenty of deck chairs for your family, and the water is crystal blue.

The beach at Summer House is one of the widest on the Island, and the surf can be as calm as a lake at low tide, offering the fun of riding breakers as the tide rolls in. Offshore sand bars are the reason that the ocean is so calm at certain periods of the day.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

    This property was spacious and comfortable for our family. The pool area was nice and the beach access was very convenient. Our check-in process and details for the property were cleared shared via email and follow up texts which made for a stress free experience.

    This condo is very nice, we had everything we needed and more. Kitchen is well-stocked. Mattress in the master suite definitely needs replaced! The condo was very clean, nice bathrooms, we liked that the bedrooms are separated from each other, but the blinds do let in light, so nobody slept in, including the kids who really could have used another hour of sleep! But the full-over-full bunk bed was great for them. The door code didn't work upon arrival, which was annoying. Complaints had to be made to management about the overflowing trash cans in the pool area that weren't emptied for days, but something was finally done about it. The pool guy just pushes the sand into a couple of piles in the pool instead of vacuuming it out, so that should be addressed. And the pool lights and other outdoor lights didn't work all week, so it was very dark in the common area. The walk to the beach is short and convenient, and the view is great. Short bike ride to the resort area. We wish the restaurant options were better and more plentiful on the island. If you like to cook on vacation, you will be happy in this condo, but if dining out is your thing, you may be a little disappointed with the options in general. We did not go into Charleston, but did go to Sullivan's Island once for dinner. We have a favorite beach destination, but like to try new ones. This didn't even come close to our favorite, so I doubt we will be back. But again, the condo itself was great (except the 1 mattress).

    This property was great! The location, the well stocked kitchen, the square footage and the lay out was nearly perfect for our family + friends. One suggestion would be to replace the king mattress, or add a comfortable topper, in the bedroom with the biggest bathroom & closet.

    We had a great stay however the building next door was under construction which created noise. Porch was not cleaned so we cleaned it on arrival. Otherwise is was really lovely.

    Our stay was amazing! The condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and spacious. It is right on ocean so it is perfect for anyone who likes to take walks on beach, hang out on beach. Pool was great and was not at all crowded. Overall a very relaxing time.

    Our grandsons loved the bunk bedroom and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of dining space, essentially seating for 11. Beds were comfortable. I would rent it again.

    The description was very accurate. It was clean. It had very spacious bedrooms, a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The beach was so nice-not too busy. We used the credit on chairs and umbrellas and that was convenient. The area that the condo was in was so nice. We went to Shem Creek a few times and Sullivan Island for dinner. We loved both beach towns. Honestly, can’t think of anything missing that could have made it better. Thanks so much!

    Condo was very nice, new and beautifully appointed. 3 beds (2 masters w king beds) and 3 full baths made for plenty of room. Kids room had 2 double bed bunk bed. Nice balcony overlooking pool. Beach was wide and quiet. Wild Dunes community had nice amenities and the pool at the Sweetgrass Inn was a blast!
