Lunch can be enjoyed on the screened in porch that is positioned perfectly to capture the summer breeze. An excellent afternoon can be spent on the world famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course that is only a 2 iron away from 304 E Port O Call. As the perfect day winds down, the sunset at 304 E Port O Call is truly amazing .

The interior of 304 E Port O Call is equal to its beautiful surroundings. Upgrades include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring and a renovated bathroom. Soft beach colors compliment the walls very well making the home feel comfortable. The screened in porch can be accessed through both the living room and bedroom that features a king bed. Secondary bedding is also available in the living room on the sleeper sofa. Finally, a spiral staircase takes you up to the open rooftop deck.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The rental includes a sleeper sofa.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is open year round but not heated.
- There is a community grill available.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

    Great location, great view, easy beach access. Even though it was chilly the week we were there, we spent most of our time on the screened in balcony enjoying the views and relaxing to the sound of the ocean. The rooftop deck was perfect for stargazing. We had a great time.

    The place was more than we expected. We were pleasantly surprised at every turn A lot of thought has been put into everything. The fabulous furniture on the top deck to over look the ocean. The listing doesn’t do it justice. Very quaint Home away from Home. Very fast response to a couple questions I had. Very friendly host. We will definitely be back.

    4 days & 4 nights of some alarm, buzzing every 20 seconds...All day and all night. We stayed in 304 E and could not escape the buzzer noise in any room. We recieved auto texts and emails asking about our stay, but nobody answered or responded at all. Now, I'm back at home and I'm weighing the possibility of disputing the charges wit AMEX. In awe with the lack of any acknowledgement in any way, thus far.

    Our trip in late April may have been a little bit early for sunning on the shore. Wind was high and chilly. That said, our Port O Call condo was the perfect refuge. The screened porch was comfortable and sheltered. And the rooftop view was great. Almost like being down by the waves, but a whole lot warmer. We enjoyed our week-long getaway and will definately consider coming back.

    Beautiful views from this bright condo. Port O’ Call is an older complex but the grounds and pool are well lit and maintained. It is a quiet complex. The unit could use some updating of linens, pillows and dishes.Kitchen is smaller than the photos suggest. We would rent here again.

    The dryer was broken for a week and a half of our 2 week stay. Maintenance came to measure for a new one but we never heard another word from them regarding this. We stopped by the office to let them know the hassle of hanging our clothes each night with bathing suits and exercise clothes and beach towels. We also had to hang our bathroom towels and bed linens as the management company did not offer us any extra. It was an issue for sure. We have contacted the office 4x in hopes of some acknowlegement. Ashley keeps passing up to Chad who is the manager that is always in a meeting everytime we call. The expense of paying for two weeks at the beach is very high and the quality of the conditions and cleanliness of the condo and the lack of care of management has been very low. Just be mindful of this before you rent.
