    We had a great week here. We had a very warm welcome from the owners. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt very secure and the garage was a bonus. It was in a great location for the beach and the old town.

    We were very impressed with this property. It is in a very good location, being only one block away from the beach and within a 15 minute walk to the Intra Muros (walled city of Saint-Malo). The apartment itself is spacious, light, well appointed and tastefully decorated. There are three good sized bedrooms, large lounge and large balcony. The view from the balcony is not brilliant, but it is not too bad either and it is private and not overlooked. There are also garage facilities for parking, which is a bonus, as parking in Saint-Malo can be very difficult. The apartment is in a very quiet building and has a lift, therefore making it very suitable for people with mobility issues. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in San Malo and surrounding area and would definitely return to this apartment.

    Apartment was much bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures which was a nice surprise. Very well equipped and the washing machine was a god-send as was the dishwasher. Very conveniently placed for Old Town and beaches - which were glorious. We were also blessed with great weather which was a bonus! We had a lovely, relaxing time. Would highly recommend although the language barrier was difficult. Google translate was worth its weight in gold!

    Lovely well equipped apartment which is exactly as described. Secure garage a bonus. Only slight downside is that there is only one wc as the ensuite has shower and wash basin only. Situation excellent for the old city and beach and within short walk of good restaurants. Owners extremely helpful and we would definitely return.

    This is a lovely flat which we were very happy with, exceptionally clean and well equipped and very well placed for the walled city and for the beach - literally both just a couple of minutes walk. It had a garage too - highly useful as St Malo gets very busy. Therese Lefrancois and Jean Marie are a lovely couple, who speak little English, but google translate works a treat! Very strongly recommended.

    We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely well equipped apartment. It is in a superb location and is really easy walking distance to the beach and Inta Muros. Therese and Jean-Marie are a really friendly couple and although they could not speak English and my French is limited I enjoyed practising and they seemed to understand, most of it!! The garage was a real bonus, it was great not to have to park in St Malo and clock watch but just enjoy the place, which we definately did. Fantastic food and restaurants, along with a gem of an apartment means we would love to return someday.
