WINTER DRIVING
Estes Park`s snow plow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Our maintenance team will plow/shovel the driveway. We also provide shovels and ice melt at the property for your convenience.

    The home was inviting and meticulously clean. Really enjoyed the garage access. Included many desirable amentities. Location was ideal for us, as it was at midpoint between the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and downtown. The neighborhood is well maintained and we got to see Elk scattered throughout the area. We had to cut our trip short, since we live about an hour away. I suffer back discomfort so I had a difficult time getting comfortable at night. I would still recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Estes Park. Excellent location, great communication with host, and very clean home.

    Will definitely stay here again! Loved the home & location. So clean & not cluttered! Host was the best. This location was a PERFECT! We had two riverside picnics & walked to Coffee on the Rocks daily. Perfect location for all the Estes Park hot spots & Rocky Mountain National Park. My grandson & I found a small rocky bank by the river along the path & played there for hours. This was the most accurate & relaxing vrbo we have ever stayed in! Recommending to all of our friends.

    The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and in great condition. The house felt like a home and was thoroughly enjoyed by our whole family. We were very appreciative of all of the baby gear. The walk to, and along, the river is very enjoyable - plus there's a great coffee shop! The house is incredibly close to downtown Estes and the National Park entrance. We hope to stay here again in the future!

    The house is in an excellent location. Wife and I spent 3.5 days hiking in the park. House was 5 minutes or less from the park entrance. All the amenities you need were provided. The manager was super efficient with directions and check in procedures.If we return to Estes Park I will stay here again. PS: elk were in the neighborhood yards, pretty cool.

    We had an overall great stay here. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. The setup was great for our family and location was very convenient. Despite a very cold weekend when we couldn’t leave the house very much, we enjoyed our cozy weekend. Fireplace functioned well and the furniture was very comfortable. One thing to note was that the garage was unable to accommodate our monstrous rental car (Jeep Wagoneer), which wasn’t a problem bc it fit in the driveway.

    This townhome was perfect for our needs. We had our son and 3 grandkids visiting and we wanted to introduce the grandkids to Rocky Mountain National Park. The location was so close to town. I have stayed in several other VRBO locations and I have to say this one had one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen. There were lots of games available. The welcome basket was a pleasant surprise. Sara was so helpful with extra info I requested prior to our visit and the check-in process was a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome. Pictures were accurate. Would definitely stay here again!

    Our stay at the Three Kings Retreat was absolutely fantastic! The townhouse was impeccably clean, making us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we walked in. The property is beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the décor was modern yet cozy. Communication with the property manager and owners was seamless. They were always responsive, courteous, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests' experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
