Stayed Aug 9, 2025Our family had an excellent, memorable stay, including our pups. The home offered plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone to sprawl out and was wonderfully quiet and private. Each evening we watched the sunset over the marsh from the backyard, which backs up to the dunes and felt magical; the fire pit was also a nightly favorite. It’s also an easy walk to the main strip and many beach access points. Micheal was incredibly friendly and responsive, Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024From the perspective of a handicapped person staying in the home with family and a dog, I have to say everything was as expected - except the bathroom. We all managed but the step-up into the bathroom and the tight quarters in there were a challenge for a person using a walker. This was communicated by the owner but I took a chance and managed. It was worth the effort as the sunsets, the beach and downtown Newburyport are amazing places to explore. I was able to use my mobility scooter to access these places as well as the Hellcat Trail in the National Wildlife Preserve. It's a well-maintained boardwalk, which is easy to navigate. The house was comfortable for my family and for our dog, Brady. Thanks for an unforgettable summer memory.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We had a fabulous time at this property. We really enjoyed the fire pit, the surrounding yard and closeness of the beach and ice cream! We would definitely stay with this host again. Pros: Location, surrounding property, fire pit, really GREAT host. Cons: The kitchen is a bit small, but has all the needed amenities, and the room with the single bed does not have a window.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024An excellent spot for a group of adults. Cozy little place with enough space for everyone to spread out or get together as needed. Perfect walking distance from the beach, bar, and local shops. No issues.
