2nd-floor studio w/Seneca Lake views, spacious deck, full kitchen, gas grill

This place exceeded expectations and the photos and description, which is rare. We loved it. Though a large space, the real wood paneling made it warm and cozy. Amazing views of Seneca Lake. The Village of Watkins Glen is only 5 min away. Make sure you go to the VACASA instructions for door key access, not VRBO. No idea why VRBO is involved... not helpful.

It’s an apt above a barn, the view was great but the sulfur smell from the well water was pretty intense. Felt like I was back in an apt in Paris. But over all it was a great stay. Thank you for the quick response when we didn’t know how to change the temperature on the thermostat.

Stunning view, privacy, modern design, exquisite decor taste, convenient location. Everything you can ask for is this place. We had a friends trip and it was an amazing time.

Very clean, great view. Lots to see in the area

We stayed here for two nights in June and loved it. It was clean, had all the essentials and some unexpected extras, like a washer and dryer and soap for it, too. The view was gorgeous and we stopped our coffee every morning looking at the lake (deck is shaded in a.m.but in full sun in afternoon/evening). Location was great...right on the main road and just five minute drive to town. After driving through Watkins Glen, I was glad we chose to stay just outside of the fray and congestion. This is one of the best short-term rentals I have stayed in.

Great view over Lake Seneca and a vineyard! Amenities were good. Felt very comfortable during our stay at Lake Seneca.

The studio loft was very spacious and inviting. The pictures described the loft perfectly. The views of lake were spectacular. The loft is conveniently located near Watkins Glenn.

My wife and I enjoyed our three nights at this property (Mon-Wed nights). Pre-arrival coordination was exemplary - a 4-digit code to lockbox with key was provided well before our arrival. Savannah, listed as property POC, was very responsive to several text messages. View of Seneca Lake was phenomenal - awesome sunsets! Kitchen is well-stocked; we cooked two dinners at the property. Past reviews of 'sulfur smell' is over-stated - there may be slight smell, but it's consistent with well water. The only detractor from the property is the workshop located below the apartment - work began the three mornings we occupied the unit at 0745, 0900, and 0800...unless a very deep sleeper, the workshop will likely wake you as it did us. Other than this, a great property!

The place is amazing, the view from the deck is beautiful at night, it's quiet and well kept. Fresh ground coffee was a +. Town is close with nice food places. Many wineries to choose from. We loved Atwater Vineyards. Would definitely go back.
