Stayed Jul 22, 2025This apartment was great for my family of four. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver. The apartment was clean and efficient. The bathroom is a little tight, but other than that, the layout was very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with essential cooking items and even some basic pantry items. There were also plenty of towels and blankets. I also loved the keyless entry.Katherine was a terrific host and she communicated regularly to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely book this apartment again if we're ever back in Folly Beach!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Perfect option for us. Family just across street in the “big house”. We got the peace and quiet. Great beach access right across street, off street parking, bright for a basement apt. Had everything we needed. Chairs bike towels outside shower follow-up on our check-in to make sure everything was ok. We could hear people upstairs but they told us that upfront and it wasn’t loud or all hours. Great option for small group
