The Space:

High-quality solid-surface countertops and large windows create a bright, inviting atmosphere—making this space a true home away from home.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in the lively East Chattanooga neighborhood, known for its mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. This area blends historic charm with modern development, offering a variety of dining, cafes, and shops. Just a short drive from downtown, residents have easy access to cultural attractions like museums, parks, and the Tennessee Riverfront. With convenient access to major highways, this vibrant neighborhood offers both urban convenience and local character, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a dynamic community.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

    Everything was great with our stay! Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The massage chair was put to good use, as were the passes for Common House. The location was convenient and the 2 car garage was great for parking and bike storage. The kitchen is really well organized with everything you might need to cook a meal with friends. I highly recommend Southside Tranquility

    The unit was great, clean all the things you expect. The residence underneath us complained that wee errr loud and called the police and hit the ceiling with an object when we literally walked in the unit. This was so ridiculous and uncalled for. The biggest issue I had is we got to the unit Saturday afternoon to get ready for another event and the digital keypad would not work so we were locked out. Someone did come and let us in. It took about 45 minutes. This issue has happened before so this is should been addressed. The last night we were there the Internet went out, no Internet so we couldn’t watch a movie together couldn’t watch the news in the morning. I was granted a 10% refund Gee thanks. I definitely would not recommend ever staying in this unit.
