We have just finished a full and complete renovation on this flat. It's right on Leith Walk and you can walk to Waverly station in 15 minutes. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types that you can imagine. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. If you want to be in the centre of the city, but just a few minutes away from the nightlife and tourist attractions, this is the place to be.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025This was the perfect location! It was a quick walk to the metro that was an easy ride to the city centre. The place was spacious and clean. It did get a little noisy especially having to keep the window open during the summer but after a day of walking and fun we slept hard. Great food and cafe's very close by. Would stay here again!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025This modest 2 bedroom apartment situated us well for our 2 night stay in Edinbugh. Off the center of the bustling city, a 25 minute stroll gained you access to all the sites. Even walkable, was Arthur's Seat and Holyrood where we happened upon the King's helicoptor landing for the annual Garden Party. Magical! Don't let the access from the alley and strret noise concern you. We felt very secure and loved the neighborhood establishments!

Stayed May 2, 2025Andrew's property was clean and spacious. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the shower and laundry were easy to operate. The exterior door to building 1 was a little difficult to find, but the place was overall a great crash pad for our time in Edinburgh.
