Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.
We not refund due to loss of service from all 3rd party utility companies to include but not limited to: electric, water, cable, internet, sewer.
Anything inoperable, broke, or loss of utility must be reported immediately to the owner.

    This house was in a great location and perfect for a weekend with friends! It was clean and despite being close to a main road, quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

    The Boroughs apartment is in close proximity to King St and all that King has to offer. Foodies take note. Plenty of amazing places to have an excellent meal within walking distance.

    My sister and I stayed for 3 nights during the week. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the overpass is less than 100 feet from the 2nd story bedroom windows, so very noisy and no sound machines were provided as described. Closets are full of spare windows and other items that took up a lot of space. The light and fan in the bathroom didn't work but it had a lighted mirror. There was a strong chemical odor which could have been disinfectant or pest treatment. Price was acceptable until all the extra fees made it more costly than it should have been.

    Overall Unit B was a great unit but the traffic noise was annoying and it was hard to sleep. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood had some great spots to eat and drink and there is a free shuttle close by to take you to the heart of downtown. Plus free parking in back. We felt the neighborhood was safe and walkable.

    Was a great and safe condo for my family and young children! Walking distance from most of what we wanted to see and would be great for a bar hopping weekend as well.
