This is an apartment complex. Located in East Ridge, Chattanooga, just a mile off I-24 and minutes from downtown. You can reach downtown in about 10 minutes, depending on the time of day.

Pets are allowed, with a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee. If discovered you have brought a pet without paying the pet fee, the reservation will be terminated with no refund.

No smoking of any kind (includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana). A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property.

No parties or events.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please be respectful to other residents in the apartment complex.

ID and Verification:

To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).



Pet Policy:

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property, with a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.



Guest Support:

Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. For food deliveries, shipt dot com will deliver them to you.



Sleeping Capacity:

The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a $50 fee per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM

Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.

Standard Check-Out: 11 AM

Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:

50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM

A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

    Pet friendly apartment that was in great spot to get to anywhere fast. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and walking the dogs around the complex.

    The apartment was great once we got in since the apartment wasn't ready the first day so they put us in a smaller one. There were roaches but it is the south. The fire alarm went off at 7:30am both final days also there was a rat/mouse on the final day when we woke up. But for the price it was....okay.

    The property was nice. It had what we needed for our stay. The kitchen was functional and the living room was spacious. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the bathrooms were nice and clean. There were plenty of shops near by for anything that we needed. The location was also easy to find and access. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

    This place was close to the Baylor pool for us. The host was very nice and responds quick. Everything was very clean. Location was not bad. The only thing I would say is the apt needs some updating and maintenance. However it was nothing that bothered us and we didn’t have any problems. Overall not a bad place to say for a weekend trip.

    Smelled like cigarettes each time i came back to the apartment. There was no handle on the refrigerator. One closet was full of HVAC the other was locked for management.

    The whole process was very easy and the place was clean and well stocked with most of the amenities you'd like. Very close to everywhere. We'd stay here again!

    We liked the location and the host was always easily available but the property was not in a good condition. It was always dark and gloomy. Not enough lights only 3 small lamps and even 1 out of those didn’t work. The bedsheets were smelly and there were no fans. The ac unit outside of the bedroom made loud noise and created disturbance all night. The couch in the living room were also bad quality and very very old. Overall I’m giving 2 star because the host responded on time and was friendly but the unit was old and dirty.

    There were broken blinds, a shattered lightbulb in socket, lamps taped together, and the whole place smelled of weed/pinsol mix. Also, were kept up 2 of the 3 nights with police outside the apartment all night with their lights on.
