1st Floor & Pet Friendly with Private Fenced Yard - Across from Beach Walkover

Wonderful place to stay! Communication was clear, positive and helpful. The place was thoughtfully furnished and equipped - clean, comfortable, and set up nicely for relaxation, work, time with loved ones, a quiet cup of coffee and a book. I loved the art work and the lovely yard. Steps from the beach so even a not-morning person like me was able to make it to see the Folly Beach sunrise!

It was nice to have the outside space to gather and to be able to park on the street just outside the home.

Very clean. Sleeping arrangements were not so great. No real privacy for sleeping. The back bedroom had the most privacy/ quiet but there was a beeping from the garage that kept going off. There was a number to call. We would start to call then it would stop. While we were sleeping it would start again. Very annoying

Was surprised with the extra fees. We didn’t expect to be taking out the trash!

Pet friendly. Very nice and clean house.

Everything that we were going to need have been anticipated and fulfilled as promised in the advertisements. The owner was on hand and available anytime we needed her and we appreciate her attentiveness. We were very happy. And our dog liked it too.

The best part was proximity to beach so Donte and I could enjoy sunrises. Fenced in yard was great and the apartment was spacious.

We enjoyed this quaint place with our dog to ring in the New Year. It is a great location, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host was responsive and friendly. She checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. Having the little fenced yard was a great perk. This is a large home that is split into several units so you share the property but it was still very private for each unit. Definitely would stay again.

It was perfect. The weather was great. The location is great. You can walk to the beach and restaurants of your choice.

Property was awesome! We loved the small yard which also had a small patio and landscaping was really pretty with well maintained foliage. Beach access was just steps away as advertised and the apartment was really clean and perfectly beach- weathered. Alicia is easy to reach and she is adorable! We had no issues during our stay and will definitely stay again. The property has the old Folly Beach feel!

Loved the super close proximity to the beach and that it was dog-friendly! Was so easy to come back and forth between the beach and house throughout the day. The place was well equipped with all we needed, including towels and beach chairs, which is a big plus! King bed was quite firm, but that just comes down to preference. Overall, would definitely recommend staying and we really enjoyed our time!

Great location, close to the beach which was an easy walk for our disabled son. Worked well for us, a family of 3 with our dog.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The yard was beautiful with flowers and fruit trees. Monarch butterflies everywhere. Bed was comfortable and clean. The best part was how close to the beach we were! Excellent stay and are planning a return trip in the future!

Alicia was a great host. The location was perfect. Away from the action, but close enough to walk and just next door to the beach. Everything was great and would definitely stay again.

My best friend & I very much enjoyed our stay! Our host was very responsive and friendly, and it was a great space for us. I enjoyed breakfast every morning in the backyard, and we were very grateful for the provided beach chairs & towels. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. There were also sufficient bathroom & kitchen supplies, including towels. I can't say enough about the location! It is only a few steps from a very nice walkover right onto the beach. It's an easy and short walk just across the street that brings you to a great spot on the beach that is not overly populated. I definitely recommend!

The accommodations were perfect for us, including our 2 small pups. They were so comfortable and it gave me peace of mind knowing that the beach walkover is literally 2 minutes away. Clean, neat, super cute and comfy. Host was very responsive and I cannot wait to book my stay for next year.

The pictures dont do this place justice!! The outside is super cute and way closer to the beach than i was expecting, Alicia responds quickly when needed and answers all questions, i really enjoyed staying here and plan on coning back as soon as we can. Was also a very convient location for us to do activities like deep sea fishing for shark. Super fun and thrilling!!

Fourth time staying at this property, but first time in this unit. Charming ground floor space, plenty of room for two adults and two dogs. The small yard with patio and grill was wonderful to have and you’re just steps from the beach. As always, the unit was super clean when we got there and Alicia is right next door and very responsive for anything you may need. Old-school Folly vibe . Perfect spot if you want to bring the dogs with you and not break the bank.

We had a great stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby when we sat outside. The location is just steps from the beach. The host was excellent!

My daughter and I, with our two fur babies, love this cozy comfort hidden gem. There’s plenty of space to accommodate us all. The huge King size bed and the 2nd room has a full bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The fenced yard was one of the reason we chose this location, plus the beach is walking right across the street!!! Very clean and uniquely decorated. We would definitely be staying here when we come back to visit Folly beach again!!! Thank you Mrs Alicia for welcoming our stay.

We greatly appreciated Miss Alicia (really sweet lady) and the property. My husband, my son and myself with our dogs really enjoyed this cozy and well-equipped condo. We brought our bikes so we could easily get to Central if we wanted. Literally 20 yds from the beach and right @ public access 7. Fenced yard, great rate and awesome location was why we chose this over others. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much.

The location of this property was great for beach access and only a 15 minute walk to downtown. The condo was a little dated but super clean and worked great for us. The neighborhood is quiet. We would rent again for sure!

We enjoyed our super quick weekend to Folly Beach. It was my sisters first trip to the Atlantic. Location was awesome!!

This is my second time staying at this property and it never disappoints. The cleanliness of the unit is fantastic and it is stocked with anything you might need to get your vacation started. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with a large gas grill outside. The dogs absolutely loved the small fenced yard and it was nice to be able to let them out whenever they wanted some outside time. The owners are so kind and accommodating and it will be a pleasure to come back next year!

We had an amazing vacation! The unit was lovely and right near the beach. My dog and I loved the fenced in yard too!

This place was so cute, convenient, clean, & waaaay under represented by the photos. It’s much larger, brighter, & cute than the pics show. The bedding has been updated, the place is immaculate, & the entire check in/ out process was easier than we could ever have hoped for. I’d give it 10 stars if I could & I think we’ve got a new favorite spot in Folly. We will be back!

I loved this property and didn't want to leave. Wonderful location and amenities. Both beds were very comfortable, the apartment is adorable and looks better than the photos, and is convenient to everything,

everything was exactly as expected. Beautiful place so close to the beach man and my two children had a wonderful time and I loved that we could bring our dogs. It was very very nice.
