*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

*Parking Details:*
- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

    Everything at the condo was excellent.property was great. Twin beds not very comfortable moved to couch. Need a grab bar in tub. Loved the closeness to room from elevator.

    We had a great visit. Beach is nice. It might be worth the fridge stocking option just so you can save time and hassle. I ended up doing insta cart. Also this is a resort so just go to the on site restaurants and order instead of calling.

    We loved this condo. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, updated, nice furniture. Not crazy about the clear double doors going from MBR to master bath. But, we loved our weekend in this beautiful property. Very easy to book, checkin, and checkout. Stress-free all around.

    Beautiful unit! My only suggestion is that the owners change the GLASS master bathroom doors to regular wood doors. The glass doors provide no privacy in the bathroom.
