At the end of the day, kickoff your flip-flops and enjoy this well-appointed condominium that sleeps four. Cozy and comfortable, the living area offers fantastic views and direct access to the screen porch and kitchen. In addition to the condominium's smart design, E 102 Port O Call features hardwood flooring, beach-casual furnishings, a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. A king bed is featured in the master bedroom with direct access to the screen porch.

When it is time to trade out your flip-flops for golf shoes, you will find the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Course Pro-Shop only a five-par away. A driving range and a restaurant are located adjacent to the Pro-Shop. Tired of relaxing by the pool or on the wide beach in your flip-flops, Wild Dunes features miles of bike and running trails with bike rentals available onsite. You can wear your flip flops to most of the Wild Dunes restaurants, including evening dining oceanfront on the Grand Pavilion.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is open year round but not heated.
- There is a community grill available.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

    Accommodations were adequate- unit could use some tlc- communication with host perfect- unfortunately access to the beach was limited and almost impossible due to the . beach being washed away from king tides. This was our second year at port o call but won't be returning due to the fact that beach repair is on hold till 2027

    Wild Dunes is a beautiful resort. Port O Call condos are an excellent choice for a couple or small family. The condos are very close to the pool and ocean. Our condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only area that could be improved is the flooring. It is not level. The unevenness has caused all the tile to be loose. It sounds like you are walking on eggshells. Other than the flooring, we had a wonderful time.

    This was my second stay at Port O' Call, and it was by far the best yet!The condo was beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortably furnished—truly a home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked (food not included), making it easy to prepare meals, and the balcony offered stunning views of the ocean. My family and I had a blast hunting for seashells along the beach during the day and searching for crabs at night. Watching dolphins swim along the coastline throughout the day was such a magical experience. The property also offers nearly direct access to the pool, which made it super convenient for quick dips and relaxing afternoons. We can't wait to come back!

    The location of the property was fantastic with only a very short walk to the beach. The property is a little dated and being on the first floor, you can hear the people above you. However, you can overlook those few things because overall, it's a clean place, great location and the property owners were very responsive with clear instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Charleston and will be back.
