Enter theguesthouse on the second story to an open floor plan. There is a fully stocked kitchen, living area with a pull-out bed, and a cozy tv nook when you first walk in. Sliding barn doors lead to the master bedroom with a queen bed, tv, and blackout curtains. There is a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and a washer/dryer. Off of the bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity, and natural lighting. Right out your door and windows are beautiful historic live oak trees, native to the South.

The neighborhood is lovely, located in Old Mount Pleasant. It has lots of character with many trees and wide streets to enjoy a walk, run or a bike ride.
