• First Night Deposit (Cost of one night's stay): Charged at booking; non-refundable if canceled or modified within 7 days of arrival.
• Credit Card Policy: A credit/debit card is required at check-in for the full stay plus $25 per day for incidentals. Unused authorizations are released at check-out.

• Dining Closures – Lightburn’s Restaurant & Splash Poolside Bar & Grill are closed for the season. Guests are encouraged to dine at Stillwaters Restaurant or TJ Muskies Bar & Grill.
