Property was absolutely immaculate and beautiful! Beds were comfy, plenty of games to play, and well stocked with snacks and breakfast food. Paula was very responsive and helpful. Recommend this property very highly!!

Every little detail was thought through with this vrbo. Comfortable and roomy. Amazing outdoor spaces. Amazing that the host thought of starter breakfast items. We need that after an 8 hour drive with two toddlers! Lovely place to stay!

This was the best VRBO home we have rented. Breakfast was included with the rental and all of the extras that were provided were exceptional. Paula was an excellent host and it was located close to the interstate. The location was perfect to visit The Arc Encounter, The Creation Museum, Lexington and Louisville.

The Jones family have thought of everything! From extra toiletries to a well equipped and stocked kitchen to lots of extra blankets to family games, you really will lack nothing. The views are gorgeous, and the location is convenient to area attractions, including the Ark—only about 20 minutes away. This sweet farmhouse is a comfortable oasis with plenty of room. There were five of us and we were quite comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Paula was an excellent host, and left eggs, orange and apple juice, bread, muffins, soup, snacks, and items with which we could even make dinner, etc., etc.

We stayed with our family of 2 adults, 11, 16 & 17 year old kids. The property was beautiful inside and out. We felt at home immediately. The kitchen was fully stocked from tea, to coffee & more! The kids loved the outdoor games, and we played games inside plus completed a puzzle while husband watched you tube. Sitting on the back porch during sunrises or front porch during sunsets were amazing!! The rolling green hills are just beautiful. I have to say this was the most well stocked place we’ve ever stayed! Only 15 minutes from The Ark and good restaurants. Great communication & recommendations from Paula plus before & after instructions were clear & easy to understand. 5 ’s & would highly recommend!

My group had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was easy start to finish, the location was great, beautiful surroundings, and the amenities were amazing! Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided, from extra blankets to candy and snacks on the counter and a well stocked kitchen. Truly above and beyond. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! Paula is an exceptional host! The house was emaculately clean. Everything (especially the kitchen) was well stocked. We cooked all our breakfasts and dinners at the house and always had everything we needed. Everytime we turned around we were finding something new to use in the kitchen. There are games and movies for the kids. The play area outside for the kids was awesome. Everyone in my party made comments of how nice the place was and how it made them feel like they were at home and welcomed there. The furniture was comfortable. The house is conveniently located to go both north to Cincinnati or south to Lexington in the same stay. We just wish it would have been 10 warmer and less wind so we could have sat outside more. I absolutely recommend this farmhouse!

The host was wonderful. She left breakfast and snack foods for us. The house was super clean and lots of special touches. It was cozy and inviting and the setting was gorgeous.

Whole family agreed that this was the best stocked and everything you need VRBO we have stayed at, ever! Paula had great communication and responded quickly whenever we messaged. The food and snacks that are available for guests are superb and unlike any stay we have had. The location is a bit remote, great for us, some might not like, but you can get to places within 15 minutes or larger cities in under an hour, the Interstate in nearby for easy access. Lexington is 45 minutes away. It was cold when we stayed but the location would be great for sitting out on the covered deck and relaxing on a warm day. Again, Paula provides so much and just about anything you might need or forget to bring. And for being a bit of a remote location, the Internet was great if you need it. We would definitely stay here again if we travel down to this area in the future.

We had a wonderful stay allbeit cut short due to weather, can't help that. The house is so cute, warm, comfortable and inviting! The views are spectacular!!!! The variety of food provided by Paula for us to eat far exceeded any other non-hotel I've ever stayed at. The place is well furnished, well decorated, superbly CLEAN! The place is exactly as described and pictures are true. Communication with Paula is great, quick to respond and genuinely nice!! Close to the interstate also. I will be staying here again if I'm up this way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Wow, we didn’t honestly need to bring a thing. Everything was well stocked and felt a bit guilty using some of the food that was available. Awesome place and way better than any hotel!!! A very peaceful farm house. We came to see Noah’s Ark replica, which was a short drive away. Well worth a visit.We should have asked the wonderful host about where to eat. We did try the Mexican place not far away, but we were not impressed. We are from the West Coast originally and it is difficult to find great Mexican food on the East Coast. We reside in TN now.

The owner provided so many things to make our stay so very very nice!!!! We loved the place out in the country with the rolling hills and beautiful everything. I highly highly recommend staying at the Jones Retreat Farmhouse!!!

Overall, excellent! If anything, house was overstocked with provisions we were not expecting! Rooms very comfortable amenities well supplied. Host responded to queries very quickly. Scenery was beautiful, cows were friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect picturesque farmhouse. We spent a lot of time on front porch smelling Mimosa Tree and enjoying fireflies. Living in the city, you forget the enjoyment of childhood memories of country living. Host went above and beyond with snacks, food and drinks. All kinds of fun games to play. This place was just perfect for our stay and right down the road from Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. I would definitely stay here again.

We are traveling from Tennessee to New York for summer vacation and needed a place to spend the first night. This property was convenient and great for what we needed. Beautiful and peaceful land. Wonderful and communicative host. Felt like home but cleaner!

We enjoy our stay, everything was clean. The home had a fresh smell upon entering that continued throughout our stay, the continental breakfast choices were excellent. We loved the child friendly home with games ideals. We just love it. Planing to visit next year.

It was the best! So clean and well decorated. It was in a beautiful county setting, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Paula took care of our every need. She provided breakfast food, fruit and snacks. When I had a question, she got back with me immediately. I think it was the best stay ever!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, peaceful, and cozy. It was a great space for our family. Plenty of room for us. Paula and Cliff were wonderful hosts and go way above and beyond for their guests! The house was stocked with all we could need for our stay, including breakfast food items and snacks! That was so nice! And there were toys and games for the kids to play with too. Even the outside space was lovely! The patio was a great place to sit and enjoy the peaceful countryside and there is an outdoor game and play area. The area is quiet and peaceful and beautiful.The weather for our stay was rainy and there were tornado warnings one day, but we were safe and Paula and Cliff made sure of it. They checked in with us and made sure we knew how to get into the storm shelter if needed. That was so helpful and courteous! We are so thankful for our trip as a family and grateful to Paula and Cliff for their amazing hospitality!

The home smelled great and was so clean, the little things the Host did for you was very thoughtful. The snacks, the breakfast food, the games, the information for restaurants, the little bath and beauty products, the toothbrushes, extra blankets, plush towels, and the list goes on. The place was as described. Very clean, loved the countryside views. Great sunrise and sunset view. Perfect distance for us visiting the Ark. Owner went above and beyond having some food items there for us. The kids loved all the outdoor and indoor games and a great selection of movies for downtime. Definitely recommend. Have stayed in many VRBO and this was the best stay, felt like home not a hotel. Absolutely loved everything there.

My family and I absolutely loved the stay on the Jones Farm Retreat! My kids enjoyed every minute of being able to run around on the vast property. Accommodations were amazing! There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with and the entire trip was wonderful. Anything that we had issues with or anything we needed, Paula was very quick to respond and help us with what we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and I look forward to booking a future trip at this property!

Nice country setting for a getaway. Everything was exactly as described and the host was super helpful. We have stayed at several vrbo homes but this one was by far the vdst stocked. Cupboards had everything you could need and there was even breakfast foods/drinks in the fridge

It is a beautiful quiet place. Nice relaxing on the patio and front porch in the country on a farm. The host went over board with snacks and drinks, milk oj eggs bread cereal, apples. Never have stayed in a house where all this was provided. She communicate with in minute of me contacting her. Will definitely give it a 5+ .
