Groveland is a growing community in Lake County, Florida. It is one of the fastest-growing areas in the state. It has seen its land area increased tremendously over the years to cater to the growing number of people coming around. It was the fastest-growing community in the state of Florida between 2000 and 2010, with population rising from 2,360 residents to more than 8,700 over the period. The number of people living in the city was estimated at 11,528 in 2015.

It appears like a rising number of rich families are moving to the area, which is a great location for families. In 2000, about 55 percent of the people living there were couples who lived together.
