The Villa is a cozy spot up the slopes of Signal hill, a part of Table Mountain National Park right in the middle of Atlantic Seaboard in downtown Cape Town.brbrIt's at Ocean View Drive which, as the name suggests, is all about views of the Atlantic, only interrupted by Robben Island in the distance. Even so, its smack bang in town, a 10 minute walk to all the Green Point shops and restaurants and a 5-10 minute drive to V&A Waterfront or to the stunning white beaches at Camps Bay.brbrThis villa has 5 bed rooms and 5 bathrooms (out of which three en-suite) and two additional people can sleep on floor mattresses in the lounge areas. The villa has two sitting areas - one with a little swing next to a real fireplace and another around the TV.brbrOur favorite part is the area outside which has a swimming pool, a sun deck, patio and a little garden. There are fabulous views of the ocean. There is one dedicated, secured parking area, or alternatively there is plenty of on-street parking.

Its smack bang in town yet on a quiet, leafy street, a 5 minute walk to the trendy, cafe-styled streets and urban village lifestyle of Green Point. It is a 5-7 minute drive from V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and the stunning white beaches of Camps Bay. Also, it is situated smack bang in the middle of the nightlife districts at Long Street and Sea Point. Our home has 3 bed rooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms. Our home has two lounges - one with a fireplace and another around the TV which can be converted into a 4th bedroom for one person if needed and upon request. Our favorite part is the area outside which has a little pond, a sun deck, patio and a little garden.brbrThe property is a heritage structure and its garage can accommodate one normal size sedan (for e.g. a Hyundai Accent) but not large or tall vehicles. If you've got one of the large ones then you can always park on the street in front of the garage.
