It is also just a 5-minute stroll to the stunning award-winning Blue Flagged, South Beach.brbrThe house is cosy and comfortable, with lovely modern bathrooms and quality bed linen and towels. A home from home with everything you need to relax and unwind. brbrThe house features 3 bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor. On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room/dining room. The dining room contains a large table, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a family meal together after a relaxing day on the beaches around Tenby. A full-sized luxury bathroom with a bath/rain shower and a lit mirror can be found on the ground floor also. There is a well-equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. It is the second house, painted yellow which most of the house boast the most amazing views of Caldey Island, St Catherine's Island and the Carmarthen Bay. South beach is only a few steps away. brbr Loved taking our one year old to the sea which was right across the road even in the wind! It was great! brAs to is the wonderful town walls, which will lead you to the famous harbour within an easy short and level walk of the historic town walls and shops, as well as the pretty harbour and superb beaches (Heledd,AirBnB).

Damage DepositsbrSome properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. AvailabilitybrThe Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.brbr6. Guest CancellationsbrIn the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after payment of the balance every effort will be made to relet the property. If such reletting is possible the balance or that part thereof that is paid by another client and recouped via replacement booking will be repaid (less the deposit and booking fee).brbr7.
