Puffin Cottage Holidays presents 8 Culver Park, a welcoming three-bedroom cottage ideally positioned close to Tenby’s South Beach and vibrant town centre.


Set within a peaceful residential area near Tenby’s historic town walls, Culver Park enjoys easy access to the heart of the town and its many attractions. The award-winning South Beach is close by, making it an ideal setting for families and children to enjoy long days by the sea. Tenby’s other stunning beachesare also within easy walking distance, from the postcard-perfect Castle Beach to the dramatic Goscar Rock on North Beach.


During the summer months, Tenby Harbour and Castle Beach host a variety of boat trips, offering opportunities to visit the tranquil Caldey Island, home to the Cistercian monks, embark on a Seal Safari, try your hand at mackerel fishing, or unwind on a Sunset Cruiser while taking in the fresh sea air and the serene beauty of Tenby’s coastline.


This self-catering cottage has been lovingly renovated and furnished to a high standard and is well equipped throughout. The cottage enters into the hallway which leads through to the open plan living/dining room.


Living/Dining Room


Offering comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people with a large wall mounted, flat screen TV with FreeView. Large patio doors open the room out onto the peaceful decked area with outside seating. The dining area flows through to the modern and stylish kitchen.


Kitchen


Well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge freezer, coffee machine, 6-ring hob with oven and grill and wine rack.


Bedroom 1 and Ensuite


On the ground floor of the cottage, a double bedroom with dressing table and ample storage, ensuite comprises shower room with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin.


Bedroom 2


Upstairs, a double bed with wall-mounted flat screen TV, dressing table and plenty of storage.


Bedroom 3


Decorated with a seaside theme, the twin bedroom also offers plenty of storage.


Family Bathroom


The family bathroom comprises a jacuzzi bath, toilet and washbasin.

The property further benefits from central heating and WiFi.


There is no parking at this property but there are several car parks in the town including the Seafront and Multi Storey car parks, where weekly tickets can be purchased.
