This is a comfortable size for 4 guests. On your right hand side there is the kitchen. There are some great amenities and appliances for you to use during your stay. Continuing through you will walk past the 4 seater dining table, and then into the living area. This is a cosy and comfortable space. There is a lot of natural light coming into this area from the adjacent balcony. brbrbrbrTwo generous sized bedrooms are located off this main room. Bedroom 1 is on your left as you walk into the front door. This has a double size bed in it along with a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 is located on the left further into the apartment. This bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robes and a ceiling fan. brbrbrbrThe bathroom and laundry are combined in one room. This is located to the left in the apartment in between both bedrooms. This generous space has a toilet and shower and also a washer/dryer. There are lots of other appliances in this room that you are welcome to use during your stay. brbrbrbrThe apartment has its own private balcony. This is a small space with a 2 seater table and chairs and also a BBQ. The balcony sits among the trees, so there is an abundance of birdlife throughout the year. You can also see glimpses of Painkalac Creek. brbrbrbrPlease note - Linen is provided with this property.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrTo gain access to the property, guests will need to come and collect the keys from our Aireys Inlet office. There is a great coffee shop located below the apartment, there is Fish and chips just down the road and also if you're interested a surf shop to grab some beach supplies. brbrbrbrEnjoy the nearby family friendly activities such as the Great Ocean Road Mini Golf, Aireys Inlet SkatePark and Playground, the Bark Hut reserve and of course you could take the Eco Logic Split Point Lighthouse Tour and climb to the top of the famous Round the Twist lighthouse. There are some great beaches to explore in Aireys and of course Painkalac Creek if you're wanting to paddle board, kayak or fish.brbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrWe would recommend bringing a vehicle as if you need to do a substantial grocery shop or to shop for particular ingredients you might need to visit the neighbouring towns Anglesea and Lorne where you can shop at an IGA or Foodworks. However, once you have settled into the property with all your goods, walking or riding a bike around town would be our choice!
