This loft is furnished and equipped with all the most important modern comforts. brbrIt is located just 5 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square and 3 minutes walk from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, but the best way to reach the apartment is by water taxi, which arrives right next to the building. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find excellent restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets. brbr brbrMeasures approximately 70 sqm and has large windows for guaranteed natural lighting all year round. There is a small entrance room where you can leave coats and shoes to keep the loft tidy. The furnishings are vintage, quite minimalist. The kitchen is truly fully equipped: you can literally do a cooking show if you want!
