Fieschertal is the 7th largest village in Switzerland in terms of area. The house is in a flat, sunny location accessible all year round. From the balcony you can see the wide valley towards Fiesch. No other house disturbs your view. You watch the sun rise, the sun set and follow the moon's journey until early in the morning. Nobody disturbs your peace on the balcony, protected from wind and weather. The street is not a thoroughfare.Like Zermatt, we are at the end of the world. Many hiking trails lead from us in all directions. We are only 2 minutes away from the Wichel bus stop. The bus takes you to the new gondolas that lead to the Aletscharena and to the train station in Fiesch, where the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn runs every half hour to Brig or to Oberwald and even to Zermatt.
