The garden (ground floor) has about 200 square meters surrounded by olive trees and with an elevated pool of 5 meters in diameter by 1 meter in depth. The third floor is a terrace / solarium of 50 square meters.br The main entrance is by C / Pop, from the terrace you access the ground floor and stairs that go up to the second floor. By C / Garret there is direct access to the garden by a large barrier that allows entry of car, bikes etc;brThe garden communicates with the house by a glazed window to the dining room and also by a portal that by an interior patio that has another staircase that also goes up to the floor. brThe entrance terrace to the ground floor is 10 mt by 3. 5 mt.
