Beach and relax in house with private garden and pool in Sa Rapita

We had a good time at this nice and big house with an amazing outdoor pool area. The only thing is that it was really hot during our stay and there was no AC. But we had fans in all rooms. The housekeeper was very helpful and always easy and quick to reach. Thank you for the week!

quiet surroundings, quick contact, everything in perfect order

We were a party for 9 (5 adults and 4 children) who stayed for 2 weeks. The villa was a fabulous spacious Mallorcan style property which was perfect for our group size. The photos don’t really do it justice. Merce and Victoria who manage the property are lovely and really helpful. The outside area is great. It has a fantastic area for breakfast in the morning which is in the shade and then a large table on the terrace by the pool for meals in the evening. Yes there is no air con but there are fans in every room and shutters and we all seemed to adjust to the temperature very quickly. The pool is a major highlight of the house. It is a great size and the kids were in it literally all day! The villa is in a residential area that is very quiet. It is a short walk to the sea however there is no beach there. There are a few good restaurants 800m-1km away, 2 ice cream shops, a couple of small but well stocked shops and a lovely bakery. There was a bus stop on the seafront but we didn’t use the bus. We had hire cars which allowed us to get to nearby towns and beaches. There is a beach at Sa Rapita which is probably 1.5km away. Our favourite beach was at Colònia de Sant Jordi which is lovely town. Campos is the nearest town with supermarkets. Palma is only 40 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. The only things that could be improved would be the quality of the WiFi as it was not good. Also neither TV had any UK channels- only Spanish and German. Finally there were only 3 wine glasses- not ideal for a house of 10!!! These are only small things because overall we loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for a fortnight. To start with the conversations with Victoria and Mercé were swift prompt and to the point, always. The pictures on the site is now 10 years old and the corresponding changes have occurred although they are still quite adequate. The beds were of different standards from quite OK to hard and creaky. Some of the kitchenware were out of date or malfunctioning but should now be fixed. The garden was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the pool. Our grandchildren got cots to sleep in and stool to sit in (Superb service there!). All in all we had a wonderful time in the house and it served us well. Good legs, bikes or rental cars is necessary in order to reach the beaches in the vicinity. We can as you might have guessed from the above recommend the house and have all but good things to say about the landlord!

The finca is great! It's very spacious, tidy, clean and nicely furnished. Mercé and Victoria are very friendly. Check in and check out were uncomplicated. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Mercé and Victoria!

Although the villa was lovely there was no air conditioning which was very uncomfortable. The beds could have been better. Not too comfortable. Merce was lovely and very helpful.

We were a group of 9 girls and we loved the house! Everything is bigger than it appears on pictures and everything was clean. Many thanks to Victoria for the Organisation and thanks to Mercè who greeted us with a warm welcome in the house. The villa is 10minutes away by car from the beautiful beach Es Trenc. All shops are in the near and I can really recommend the house for a larger group. I will definitely come back! Gracias por todo!!! :) saludos, Laura

I stayed here earlier in June this year and it was great! We were two families (4 adults + 4 children) staying for 1 week. The house offered plenty of room and bathrooms so we could easily have stayed longer! I think the main feature of the house is the pool and the “gated” garden, which made it impossible for the younger (2-3 years) children to run away =) The area is very calm and you have some restaurants / mini-markets within 10 minutes reach. I would suggest to have a rental car (as we did) to get better access to the beach. I would for sure recommend this home for anyone who wants a relaxing time! /Fredrik

The house was exactly the right one to stay there with a group oft 8 people. It was pretty nice to have different possibilities for taking breakfast, lunch and dinner outside, depending where the sun is waiting for you. Mercé gave us a very friendly hello. When we had need of something she helped us quickly and very nice. I really can recommend this place!

My family and I (8 people) stayed at the villa in Sa Rapita for a week in August 2016 and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Prior to our arrival, Mercè was really helpful with directions and instructions and replied to all our emails very quickly. On our arrival Mercè was there to greet us and show us around the villa which is absolutely beautiful. The pool and garden area is very large with lots of seating and sun loungers. There are 3 large bathrooms and 5 spacious bedrooms which were clean and beautifully presented. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped and there is also an outside BBQ area. The beach, bars and restaurants are about a 15-20 minute walk away and the bus stop which we used to go on day trips is at the end of the road (10 mins walk). I would highly recommend booking this villa, we had a fantastic holiday and really couldn't have asked for a nicer villa or nicer hosts. Thank you Victoria and Mercè!
