was hat uns gefallen? einfach alles! es liegt sehr ruhig und allein das haben wir schon genossen. aber auch der wirklich großzügige Pool ist super ebenso wie die Ausstattung- alles vorhanden von der Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle Gasherd mit Backofen, Poolliegen und super sauber ist ebenso alles! Die Besitzerin hat uns empfangen (ebenfalls sehr freundlich) und uns noch einmal kurz alles gezeigt. einfach ein Traumurlaub alles war super

Ursprüngliche Finca mit toller Lage I liked: Der große Pool ist traumhaft und die Nähe zum Es Trenc wunderbar. Wir durften am Abreisetag sogar etwas länger in der Finca bleiben? I did not like: Etwas muffelig und die Dusche unten war leicht defekt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in toller Lage. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet.

Love the pool! And a lot of nice chill areas. A quiet area. The house is Nice, But could use some renovations. Some things were broken or old. The location is good, close to the beach and stores. And from there you can go to a lot of nice places by car. The communication with the owners is fast and good.

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful 2 week stay here in August 18. The Villa is an updated old building and still retains a lot of original character and finishing's while largely being updated with new furnishings and could be described as rustic, especially kitchen area and covered veranda. Inside communal area is a spacious open plan hall/lounge/dining area and kitchen which has plenty of lighting options as there are limited windows due to old style of building. Plenty of modern fittings and equipment although we couldn't get UK TV on television which was no big deal for us as we spent most of time outside. More importantly for our 2 teenage children, the WIFI was very good and worked well outside too. Bedrooms were located off communal areas and were decent size but storage little limited but all beds were very comfortable. Although no aircon there were fans for each room which worked well for us and we all slept really well. Main bathroom was modern with excellent large walk in shower and a second bathroom with shower was available upstairs next to 4th bedroom which we didn't use. Outside is the real highlight as being located about 600m down a decent farmers track with closest neighbours being couple of smaller fincas about 100m away you are truly secluded being surrounded on all 4 sides by fields. It really is quiet. Huge pool is main highlight - it really is as big as it looks on photos and we loved it. Although showing some sign of age it's still perfectly safe and deep end is 2m deep while shallow end is only about 1m.There is a powerful cold water shower next to it which is great in hot conditions. We didn't have a hire car and found it no problem walking to Sa Rapita. It's 1 mile to marina and then about another half mile to first of restaurants and supermarket on the front. Loved our time there and only reason we didn't give 5 stars as some areas/items showing some sign of wear and not quite as luxurious as some recent properties we've stayed at but does have great character.

Zeer rustige ligging, maar het huis is gedateerd en kan wel een renovatie gebruiken. Goede bedden.
