The flat is perfectly situated less than a 5 minute walk from the local metro station “West Jesmond”, which will give you access to the city centre. Should you prefer to walk the 30 minute walk into Newcastle is a very enjoyable experience and gives you a chance to explore the surrounding area.brbrbrYou will enter the property via a large Red front door (number 14). There is a step up to the door with the keysafe located to the right hand side of the door. The Front door is communal and is shared between other residents in the building. Inside the main building my front door is on the ground floor on the right hand side.brbrTo the right hand side you will find the living room area which has a TV, Dining table and also 2 sofas that can be converted easily into sofa beds. Down the corridor you will have the main bedroom on your right hand side and the main bathroom directly ahead. At the rear of my home you will find the kitchen area which also has a small dining table in the centre.brbrbrAt the front of the property there is a communal area of grass which you can use on a nice day. At the rear, accessible from the outside space, is a private rear gravelled yard with outside seating areas.brbrYou will have access to the entire property. It will be yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Please feel free to use all storage space provided just don't forget any items when packing before you go.brbrWe provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
