Walk to the beach in summer or enjoy the ambiance of the fire pit and indoor wood fire in winter! There is also an outdoor Woodfire Hot tub. The kitchen has been equipped with all-new European cooking facilities, making cooking a safe and fun holiday activity! As shown in the photos, our kitchen is well-appointed; with a dishwasher, microwave, family-size oven and ceramic cooktop, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine (you need beans. ) Downstairs you can find a mini bar fridge. brbrThe open plan living leads into our entertainment area, with a large smart TV and leather coco republic lounge. There are large smart TVs in both living spaces with Netflix and surround sound for your movie nights. The family room has gorgeous views of the Ocean, islands and town centre. For the entertainment of all ages, our downstairs living space has a play station and Fussball table, table tennis table, board games, books, and a luxurious King furniture lounge. brbrCompletely renovated bathrooms and carpeting exacerbate the feeling of a purely luxe seaside retreat. The upstairs bathroom boasts a frameless shower, large rain shower head, backlit mirror over hand basin, and heated towel rail and toilet. All bathrooms have towel rails , hairdryers, backlit mirrors, IXL fan & heating, storage, toilets, and showers. Our downstairs bathroom includes a bath as well as amenities of a washing machine, ironing board, and dryer. brbrThere is NBN broadband Wi-Fi for your enjoyment, and reverse cycle air conditioning for maximum comfort. Overhead fan also accessible in upstairs bedroom,brbrWe have a fully fenced backyard large enough to park your boat, a clothesline. On arrival back from the beach, please use garden hose to rinse the sand off. There is a large backyard for your children to play in. Guests can also find a brand-new playground across the road!brbrWe have recently installed an outdoor firepit and a beautiful timber dining table in the backyard. On the rear deck, there is a gas BBQ and outdoor lounge, and the front deck is fully furnished with a lounge, umbrella, and round dining table.
