The Princessa de Penasco is a beachfront resort with many wonderful amenities. The resort was designed to emulate the shape of an arc. The arc is made up of five yellow towers that have a beautiful Old World Mexican courtyard in the center. The courtyard has several red brick walkways with flower lined grassy areas shaded by palm trees. The resort has premium amenities like 3 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi spa, and palm frond umbrellas above lounge chairs in the sand. The resort also includes a sand volleyball court where you can challenge your neighbors to a game and an ocean view fitness center that has everything you need to stay in shape. The resort also includes an on-site cantina called Agave. Agave has wonderful daily food and drinks specials. This is a very safe resort with 24-hour on-site security. This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of the C Tower. This condo has an ocean view with accommodations for up to 6 guests. The living room of the condo has orange sherbet painted walls with a beautiful fabric and leather-trimmed sofa with gold grommet trim. The room also has a matching love seat, oval-shaped walnut wood coffee table, matching walnut colored end tables and a media unit. The wall behind the sofa that folds out to a bed has a wall-mounted wood framed mirror with a candlelit metal wall sconce on each side. The media unit across the way has a TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. In addition the condo also has high speed wireless internet and cable television. You can stay current with your favorite TV shows and in close contact with friends and family via FaceBook and email. Besides the entertainment unit there is a large floor vase that has dried floral reeds. You can get to the terrace through a set of sliding glass arcadia doors in the living room. In the dining room, there is a round wood table with four scrolled metal chairs. The wall behind the dining table is adorned with a wall-size art print that really compliments the colors in the room. There is a pendant lamp hung above the dining table to illuminate the area in the evenings. The opposite dining wall has a decorated wood hall stand adorned with many green silk plants. The kitchen has yellow and rust-brown painted walls with granite countertops, maple wood cabinets, and black appliances. The cabinets and drawers are loaded with all the items needed to feel as if you are cooking in your own home kitchen. There is a built-in counter bar lined with three black leather bar stools for more casual dining. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size wood framed bed with four poster ends and a high maple wood headboard. The bedding is a baby blue and navy print with matching throw pillows. The room has one wall painted orange and the others painted a light shade of yellow. Each side of the bed has a lighted maple wood nightstand with a dresser and TV on the other side. You can hang your clothing in either of the small double door closets that surround the bay view window. Below the window, there is a storage cabinet for shoes and suitcases. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with a single mirrored sink vanity and an additional double mirrored door closet on the other side. The private bathroom has a walk-in tub/shower made of travertine with a commode. The 2nd guest bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a queen size on bottom and a full size on top. The bedding sets are a leaf print of brown and cream. The room has a dresser that matches the bed which has a TV / DVD on top. The room has a window that views the condo entrance and a large closet with full-length mirrors where you can hang your clothing. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower made of travertine with a single mirrored sink vanity and commode. The terrace has a striped cushioned bench with a set of 2 matching chairs and a low-profile glass top table. The wall above the bench has metal lizards adorning it. The living room is furnished with a large brown leather sofa with gold grommet trim and a matching armchair. The sofa doubles as a pull out bed. There is a birch colored coffee table, matching end tables, and a media center. There is a vibrant colored piece of art mounted on the wall above the sofa, and a green silk plant on the coffee table. brbrThe media cabinet has a large TV, DVD, and VCR. You can surf the internet with ease because the condo comes with high-speed wireless internet. You can get to the terrace through a set of glass arcadia doors off the living area. In the dining area, there is a round oak wood table with seating for four under a beautiful wrought iron chandelier. The wall behind the table has a large wall-mounted wall-sized mirror and a purified drinking water cooler in the corner. brbrThe kitchen has ceramic tiled countertops with black appliances and fully loaded drawers and cupboards. You will find everything you need to entertain or prepare a meal. The kitchen has a built in counter bar that works great to serve your guests. In the master bedroom there is a queen-size bed with a maple wood frame and scrolled wrought iron headboard. The bedding is a striped southwestern print of beige and navy blue. Each side of the bed has a window and a bed side table with a lamp. There is another window that has a double door closet on each side where you can store your clothing. If you run out of room there is a lower double door cabinet below the window. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with one sink on the mirrored vanity and a private tub, shower and commode. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, night stands and a dresser. You can hang clothing in the large double door closet that has full length mirrors. The hall bathroom has a walk in shower with travertine walls and a single sink mirrored vanity with a commode.
