Princesa Resort A-201 Dune Reel Good Refuge Great Ocean Front

We loved our stay and the views looked up to the pictures! Everything was in working order. Lots of plates and dishes and anything you'd need for cooking. A couple things to help future stays! The bunk room bed needs to be tightened as it's loose and moves, and the ladder is broken off. The door handle is loose but stillsm shuts. Also, be prepared to bring your own stuff. There were no coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, or soap, and no napkins as well as low stock in paper towels. Not a deal breaker or anything i would knock stars off for but something i like to notate to make people aware. They DO have a store at the office which is super convenient. OverLl, beautiful place amd great property staff and we would stay again!!

The place is family friendly, clean with plenty of room for 6. The location is perfect being that it's at the end of the building & closest to the beach , just one flight of stairs which are located pretty much next to the room to get to ground level. Kitchen is fully stocked and the linens are clean and white. My only complaint is that in the description, they claim that there is a sofa doubles as a pull out bed“ in the living room. The pull out does not exist. The couch is not a sleeper couch. That's the only misrepresentation which is kind of a big deal and is the only reason I marked two stars less. They need to correct that in their description.

All went well besides the elevator not working, DVD player not working and master bed was quite snug for 2. Otherwise was a great spot for a family trip. Comfortable.

Great experience, exactly what we hoped for

The nauseating smells of someone bbq’ing with rubber tires, in room A102 below, distracted from the view on the patio. The musty smell in the main bedroom went away when the A/C was operating. A TV channel guide would have been helpful to find the 2 U.S. channels out of the 96 Mexico channels. One hour spent trying to get the DVR player to work unsuccessfully. A wonderful location if you have many children to compete for a spot in the pool.

Had a wonderful time at this resort. The room was very nice, the balcony was a great to sit and watch the ocean. I could watch the sun come up from there as well.

The place is great, we're planning to go back. This was our first time in Puerto Peñasco and first time renting a condo, we had always stayed in hotels in Mexico. The location of this place so close to the beach it is awesome!! In general the condo is very nice the only disappointment was the housekeeping service, they're supposed to go daily just to pickup the trash, we ended up doing it 4 out of 6 days and we were not the only ones other guests told us they have the same problem and to walk to the dumpster under a 100 degree temperature instead of walking to the beach or the pool it is not what we look forward to. We really hope the administration can do something about it.

This property has a great view of the ocean, pools and grounds. It's decorated nicely with a great floor plan. Entry screen is pretty rusted. Many light bulbs burned out. Chandelier bulbs are all mismatched. Only 1 bar of soap total provided and no other toiletries. Hand towels were missing in guest bath. Windows are dirty. Master bath shower curtain dangling by just a few holes and shower rod is awkward and needs to be replaced. Tub drain is very slow. With some TLC, this could be a great rental. I've rented similar units on different floors that are well maintained and charge the same price, leaving me feeling a little bit ripped off for having rented this one.
