Inserted in a building of the early 1900s, the apartment, completely renovated and very comfortable, is located on the first floor (without elevator) but is very easy to reach and quiet thanks to double glazing in all the fixtures. It has 3 bedrooms, two with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which has a shower. The apartment is fully air conditioned with appliances in all the bedrooms and in the living room.
