The apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Ammirata, accessible by external stairs leading to the beautiful private terrace. Villa Ammirata is surrounded by a charming furnished garden available to guests. The terrace, the highlight of the apartment, is furnished with table, sofas and a barbecue and is the perfect place to enjoy the sun or relax in the open air during your holidays. The terraceleads to the living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, kettle and coffee machine. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, featuring two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, one with an en suite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.
