The house is isolated on a total area of 420 000 m2 surrounded by beautiful greenery rich in flora unusual for this area. Living on the island of Sit is an experience that creates an unforgettable connection between the man, the sea and the sky. The sunset and sunrise on this island when the sea and the sky merge provides an unique pleasure for the eyes and soul.brThe house consists of three bedrooms (each with two beds), a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining room. In the front of the house you will find the terrace is covered with a natural shade of the wild grape vines. There is also a barbecue on the terrace.brGuests stay alone on the island. They have an option to rent a small boat (penta 4 horses) with 40 minutes drive to the marina Žut where there is a shop and a restaurant.brAs the island is privately owned, there is no organized public transport. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, a stereo system, a safe for your valuables and a wooden dining table with chairs. The modern, white, built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with a shower attachment, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and even a washing machine.
