There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, smart TV with Netflix, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is roadside parking available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Located on a working farm in farmland countryside around 15 minutes from Jedburgh lies Towford Farm Bungalow. This fabulous property enjoys unspoiled panoramic views through the valleys and rolling hills of the Cheviots and the River Kale, from the right point you can even see over the hills to England. The bungalow will suit families or small groups and can sleep up to six adults. The larger of the bedrooms has one kingsize bed which this boasts the most gorgeous view from the large windows. The second and third bedrooms have 2 single bed. There are two luxury shower rooms with large walk-in showers.brbrWithout doubt the real attraction of this gorgeous space is the open plan living space. A living area at one side with the dining area on the other side of the feature wood burner which will warm the house quickly after a day out exploring the hills. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and is ideal for preparing family feasts or just a snack to enjoy later in the evening and there is a separate utility room. The area to the rear of the property is a great place to barbecue and relax, however please bear in mind that the property is on a working farm so at certain times of the year it’s likely that livestock will be in the fields. While the property is exceptionally rural, guests will be pleasantly surprised at how central the location actually is. Jedburgh is around 15 minutes away where you’ll find supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. Those looking for a day trip outing will be interested to know that Edinburgh is just over an hour by car or travel by train from the local station 30 minutes away at Tweedbank. Explore the east coast with coastal walks and views to take in such as Bamburgh, Seashouses and Beadnell.
