The home is equipped with a fast and reliable Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming on the brand-new 43 SMART TV or handling work needs. You'll enjoy year-round comfort with AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING and a cozy FIREPLACE. We've installed DOUBLE-GLAZED windows throughout the house to enhance insulation and ensure a quiet indoor environment. Located along one of Sardinia’s most scenic coastal roads, you’ll have access to some of the island’s finest beaches. Two of the windows offer beautiful sea views. We have a large private garden, two floors, and a spacious basement for storage. The open-plan dining area has two French doors leading to the garden, and there’s a patio with a barbecue for outdoor meals.
