Nearby there are several beaches, which you can reach in 5-8 minutes by car (the beach is not accessible on foot).brThe nice town of Santa Teresa, 20 minutes away, invites you to stroll around, as well as Palau, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa and Castelsardo, which are only a small selection of the nearest popular towns. brThe apartment is located on the underground floor of the villa with a separate entrance. The approx. 50 sqm flat is suitable for 2-4 persons. It consists of a spacious living/dining room with fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
