It is therefore possible to stock up with groceries and food during the weekend. Another option would be to go to one of the supermarkets on the way to Cagliari. The drive is of roughly 15 minutes. Beach bars are usually opened from June to September. brbr brbrActivities. brbr brbrBoth local beaches are ideal for snorkelling and for scuba diving. brbr brbrTorre delle Stelle, thanks to its position, is the area of Sardinia that enjoys the longest summer. It is in fact said to have her own micro climate. brbr brbrThe beach. brbr brbrThe nearby sandy beach is absolutely gorgeous and the sea is very safe for children. I have been holidaying here since my youngest child was 6 months old and my eldest 3. I still believe that it would have been difficult to find a better location for us. brbr brbrAmenities and what to do… brbr brbrSnorkelling and scuba diving are a real delight in both beaches. Torre delle Stelle also has a scuba diving school that amongst other things organises deep-sea excursions for experienced scuba-divers. A real favorite in the nearby beach is an ancient warship located 1.5 miles away from the beach and 56 m down the sea (for expert scuba divers). brbrOther amenities in the village include: tennis courts, football pitch, basketball grounds and playground. brbr brbrTorre delle Stelle is situated on the South-East coast of Sardinia. Cagliari, Sardinia’s main town, and its airport are 37 km away. Villasimius and its wonderful beaches are less than 20 km away. brbr brbrACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION NUMBER P1104
