Our beautiful apartment was totally renovated in 2019-2020 with a brand new kitchen, and a new bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wonderful when you come in from skiing! The WC is separate. brbrThere is one bedroom with a 160cm wide double bed with 2 separate mattresses. In a separate, curtained-off alcove off the lounge there is a large, comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults or children . In the lounge there is also a second double sofa bed for use if preferred. The new laminate flooring throughout the apartment gives a fresh, clean feel. Underfloor heating keeps the apartment very warm, but is thermostatically controlled to prevent it getting too warm! brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans and dishes. There is also a washing machine for you to use.brbrThe apartment is on the second floor with spectacular views of the mountains around and the village below. The balcony faces East and South.brbrThere is cable TV and free WiFi, and the apartment is safe for children.brDownstairs is a ski room and outside a large, shared garden. brbrThe price quoted includes bedding, towels, final cleaning and all taxes. brbr10 minutes walk takes you to the edge of the village and the ski bus, which goes either to the Maiskogel ski area, excellent for families, or to the Kitzsteinhorn, which at up to 3000m offers fantastic skiing from mid-October to May. The two regions are now connected by cable car.brbrIf you would like advice concerning ski schools, lessons or ski rental, Stephanie is available to help you.
