Our home has a great room featuring an open kitchen, expansive dining peninsula, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and can satisfy any needs from cooking full meals, to providing a place to spread your snacks and drinks. The living room has a 50-inch TV, a CD player with Bluetooth capability and a DVD player. Just off the great room there is a half bath and laundry for your convenience. We recently added a split unit AC in the living room and have also added more panels and batteries to our solar system!brbrOnce you step out on to the deck, you may not want to go back inside.brbrEnjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in comfort while overlooking an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Ocean. From your vantage point on the deck you can watch the pelicans and other birds dive for their meals, watch turtles, sea rays, dolphins and even occasionally a small shark. Polarized sunglasses are recommended and help significantly with viewing the ocean. If you need to cool off, take a dip in our plunge pool. We do have steps leading to the condo, as well as in the condo if that may be an issue for anyone. brThe bedrooms feature new king beds with ensuite bathrooms, with a washer/dryer in the upstairs bedroom. Both bedrooms offer fantastic views of the ocean. brThere are two private patios. The back patio has a gas grill. The front patio features a sitting/ dining area with a large umbrella for shade while enjoying your coffee/cocktails as you look out at the amazing shades of the sea, Buck Island and sailboats.brWalk out the back door and up to the large swimming pool in less than a minute. There is a pavilion next to the pool for shade and an expansive view of the sea and Buck Island. brWalking or driving down the hill leads to the beach equipped with lounging chairs for guests use.
