OCEANFRONT LUXURY VILLA, 4900sf, 4br, 4bth, billiards and Gym

A beautiful home with an amazing view. We enjoyed the location, pool, beach and peace. The home was perfect for four couples. We enjoyed staying here more than visiting other beaches. Kitchen area was great for preparing meals, playing card games on the large table and hanging out. Many games were played on the pool table downstairs. The caregiver, Austin was very kind and helpful in making our stay superb. Upon arrival Selwyn had food prepared for us, a very nice surprise. It was delicious! 10/10 vacation

This is lovely, spacious home with all the amenities. We loved spending time at the pool and beach. The home gym and pool table are great added perks that our family enjoyed. The kitchen is well appointed and we appreciated being able to drink the tap water. Our savior was the gorgeous views from the balcony. And thank you very much for the welcome meal and cocktails.

The home was beautiful with lots of room for our party of 10. Home and pool were clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Property Manager Austin was very helpful and responsive. Even came out to assist when we needed help with a minor coral injury. A welcome meal was provided on arrival. As a bonus we hired Austin’s wife Juliana to prepare a birthday celebration meal and a couple of other small meals. Highly recommend this home and would stay there again. Definitely 10/10!

The house had amazing ocean views and was comfortable for everyone. Check-in was easy and the complimentary dinner and bottle of rum upon arrival was a nice surprise. Very nice stay!

A spectacular house on the beach. Very spacious with every possible comfort items.Six of us (3 couples) enjoyed our stay in separate master bedrooms. We hired house chef to prepare dinner for several nights. The house manager was very attentive to our needs as the dryer broke down and he replaced it that same dayThe communications with the host were great and very helpful. For sure, we will return.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property manager met us at the airport and escorted us to the home. We were happily surprised with food and a complimentary bottle of rum. After a long day of travel both were most welcome!Important note - the beds were all very comfortable. The pool was sparkling clean and well maintained. While not really a swimming beach, walks and shell hunting was a lot of fun. Be sure to keep an eye out for the hermit crabs on property! We were a group of adults but I think anyone with children would enjoy them. I would highly recommend this property and absolutely stay again.

We had great communication with the host. The property manager did not have the best communication.The home and amenities were incredible. Awesome private beach and pool. Some repairs need done to the property but nothing too crazy.

I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Being right by the ocean with a perfectly sized pool, lots of chairs, and two large decks for shade from the hot sun made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances, plus two bar areas (upstairs and downstairs). We booked the property because it fit our bedroom count needs. All four bedrooms were comfortable and we loved having an en suite in each one. While the gym was only used by one person in our party, it was a nice addition to the stay. The host thought of everything to make this an amazing vacation including a 24 hour contact (thank you Austin for being so responsive), beach chairs and coolers, and special touches that welcomed us to the property. A special thank you to the host for responding so quickly to all my questions and concerns. The host was very accommodating when we thought our flights were going to be cancelled. Our group truly appreciated all the help. We highly recommend staying at Santa Cruz because we know no one would be disappointed. We definitely want to return next year!

The communication before our stay was outstanding which gave us plenty of time to plan our activities. Home was perfect place to stay. So relaxing and great way to unplug and just enjoy family time. We had a wonderful stay. The welcome meal was amazing after a long day of travel and we used Julianna again later in the week. Austin was very helpful answering any of our questions.

We had a large group for Destination Honeymoon! We loved the house and the location. The pool is fantastic, and the house is well stocked. Communication with the owner and property manager was awesome!!! We were pleasantly surprised with a lasagna dinner and rum punch upon our arrival. We definitely will return!!! This place was AMAZING!!! 15/10!!! The hospitality was next level - we arrived to a home cooked meal (s/o to Juliana, she’s a fabulous chef & we booked her to catering one night as well - very delicious)! The house was stocked w everything we could need! Austin was the best, super sweet, & was there whenever we needed him! We had the BEST time here & would love to go back! :)

This beautiful property with a gourmet kitchen, incredible outdoor space and amazing views was just perfect for 8 couples to celebrate our anniversary and still have their own private retreat. Austin and the team were so attentive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and cannot wait to make a return visit.

The view was amazing! The house was great, plenty of room for everyone. Table was big enough for eight people to play cards every night(chairs could use a cushion) great memories! Had a few minor issues the biggest one was air in living room didn't work, Austin tried his best to get it fixed but was unable to. Other than that it was perfect best family vacation ever! We will defiantly stay here again.

Stunning property, location, view, pool. The views are magnificent, easy access to the beach, refreshing, sparkling clean pool. The kids spent time on the beach, finding shells, their dad spent time in the ocean snorkeling, the old folks enjoyed the pool the most. The location is very handy and everything we wanted was only a short drive away. We were fortunate to find this property and our excitement over it was rewarded! Hope to be back someday soon.

The property is absolutely beautiful; great house, great location. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating as were Austin and the other staff. The welcome lunch was delicious - and so appreciated after a long morning of traveling.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Villa Santa Cruz. The Villa is beautiful and well laid out for separate families within the family. The location is ideal - secluded on a rocky beach but still close to many things including Christiansted and the Salt River Marina. It was a perfect location for us to celebrate our anniversary.

We had a great stay! The house was set up very nicely—clean, well-kept, and comfortable throughout. Everything in the home worked perfectly, which made our experience smooth and stress-free. Stephanie, the owner, was great to communicate with and went above and beyond by having a wonderful meal waiting for us upon arrival. Austin, the property manager, was also very helpful and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Super happy with our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Our family had an awesome stay at Villa Santa Cruz. The house and pool are beautiful and were perfect for the adults and kids. The Villa is about a 15 minute drive from the airport, Christiansted, and nice beaches. Austin was a tremendous help, and the food prepared by Chef Juliana was some of the best we’ve had anywhere!

Perfect area and our Grands loved the pool. Was close enough to visit shops and restaurants!

The house has an amazing setup, lots ofnspace, noce pool, and the management is great.

To celebrate our 50th birthdays myself and 3 close friends along with their spouses rented this oceanfront villa. The property was exactly as advertised! It was clean and modern and offered all the amenities we needed. If you didn't want to leave the villa, you don't have to! You can snorkel right in front of the property or enjoy the sun by the beautiful pool while listening to music through the portable JBL speakers that are included with the property. The property was a quiet, private oasis with the only noise coming from the waves of the ocean. If you're looking for a getaway from work and the hustle and bustle of every day life, this is the perfect location. However, if you'd like to go out to eat, visit another beach or walk the boardwalk in Christiansted, everything you need or would like to do is a short drive from the villa. Lastly, the hosts were very responsive and provided some great tips before we arrived that made our stay even better. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

Wow! What a wonderful week! Everything was too notch and the owner and caretaker were extremely accommodating. Chef Jay’s meals were delicious and we loved the convenience of being able to eat at the Villa and enjoy our time there. The first nights welcome meal was an awesome treat after a long travel day. Highly recommend and we would absolutely stay here again!

We can’t say enough good things about this spot. The setting is ideal with easy beach access and of course the pool. The space is perfect for gatherings. The owner was responsive beforehand and has a wonderful go-to person (Austin) who met us at the airport to guide us to the house and show us the ropes (you do need a car; the house is remote). We were greeted with a complementary meal which was outstanding after a day of travel. Chef Juliana is a skilled caterer and we hired her to do two other meals which were outstanding. We all agreed this was one of our best family vacations ever. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Santa Cruz! The house is beautiful, extremely clean, perfect for a family vacation with each room having its own bathroom. Awesome pool and gameroom and thoughtful touches. There were a few minor things like the land liline

The house was as advertised. On the water with a huge pool. Full kitchen to cook whatever you want. And a caterer available if you don't. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Stephanie was responsive and everything was easy. Austin the caretaker met us at the airport and we followed him to the house. What an awesome vacation. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as listed...utterly gorgeous. After a long day of travel, we were met at the airport and given a wonderful house tour and a delicious surprise meal. I would recommend the property to anyone without hesitation.

Great owner who communicated well. The Caretaker Austin met us at the airport, led us to the grocery, and then to the house. He explained everything we needed to know about the house and answered all our questions. His wife provided our first meal and we used her services for another dinner. We had one issue that was no one's fault. We came back to the house one evening and there was no running water, Austin came right over and despite being there for over an hour could not get the water back on. He returned the next morning with a plumber and the issue was rectified. Overall very pleased with the house and would return

Villa Santa Cruz was absolutely wonderful. The online listing does not do it justice - the house is much more majestic; the ceilings are soaring, the kitchen is quite large, and the house setting itself is perfect. There were activities for all of us, and the house was well equipped for snorkeling, swimming, drinking rum, grilling, playing billiards, and impossibly fun jigsaw puzzles. Everyone wants to return next year! A memorable vacation for all of us!

We had a fabulous time in St. Croix. We are avid scuba divers and wanted to start the year under the sea! We needed a larger home for all of us an wanted to stay near the dive center in cane bay. This house was perfect. Not only was is clean and comfortable, it was a perfect location for us. The property managers were amazing, helpful and so inviting. They had dinner made for us upon arrival and it was delicious. Austin was very helpful with our questions upon arrival and Stephanie was very quick to answer us right away. We loved the house it was just as pictured. The home sits on a very small beach which is very accessible and was a fun way to explore. The shell and sea glass seeking was a great added bonus. The views are magnificent and I can't recommend this property enough. We use VRBO all the time and this home was spectacular. We will be back! Thank you Stephanie for hosting us in your gorgeous home!

had a great time at the house and the attractions on island.

This was our second visit to the villa. Often, when you seek to follow up a great experience, the second time disappoints. This was most certainly not the case! The house is exactly as advertised--gorgeous with spectacular views, clean, spacious and well-equipped with a great pool. It's also well constructed--we were visited by tropical storm Ernesto but weathered well. The house has an excellent generator that services the whole property. Austin, the property manager, was immediately response to any concerns and took good care of us. A particular highlight, and one of the reasons for our return, was the meals provided by Chef Juliana. We selected four ala carte dinners from her extensive menu which Austin derived in the evening. Unforgettable. You can go home again!

My family enjoyed their week of vacation at this beautiful property at a central location on the island. We enjoyed the amazing views of the ocean and the sunrise. The welcome meal was wonderful and Austin was very nice and accommodating when our flights were delayed on our departure day. We would definitely return to this property. Thanks
