In the commercial zone of the development (where NSR is located) you will find the rest of the culinary options. Above our office is the legendary Casa Ananas, which offers authentic Italian cuisine, pizza and daily international special nights. Next to our office/surf shop you`ll find Downtown Iguana, which offers seafood and authentic Nicaraguan cuisine at a fair price. Dramatic views of both the ocean and the mountains are visible from nearly every room. Incredible sunsets over the water are seen each night from the expansive outdoor living area that overlooks the Pacific ocean and the sparkling infinity pool.brbrWith three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, the home consists of two separate structures.
