The house itself overlooks the beach, Playa Rosada, one of the most beautiful, secluded beaches with a world class surf break. You can float in the pool or lay in bed and watch the surf without raising head from pillow. No need to get in your car to goto the beach. It is a 2 minute walk. Playa Rosada includes an intimate restaurant. Finish your surf session with a cold beverage and delicious food while watching your friends surf into the sunset.

Access to the house is easy. A brick driveway leads to parking in private carport. There is a short, same level walk from carport to front door that is great for children, elderly or carrying groceries and luggage.

All rooms have air conditioning but the breezy climate and screens let you open the windows and enjoy the natural elements including the sounds of birds and crashing surf. Kitchen is set up with cooking island, modern appliances and 5 gallon bottled drinking water. Special outdoor areas include breezy covered patio, private balcony, shaded pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, beach rock sundeck, grass yard and garden with hammock.

Enjoy whole house Wifi with fast fiber optic streaming internet and TV's. Upstairs bedroom is perfect office for remote work with large desk and sit down balcony with a stimulating view. Also included is a full generator back up power system, washer and dryer.

Housekeeper and pool guy work part time keeping everything clean and comfortable. There is gated access with security and 5 secluded beaches.

The house is located in Rancho Santana- a residential resort community. An OPTIONAL resort fee allows access to resort amenities. The resort aspect includes concierge service, main clubhouse, 3 restaurants plus cafe, poolside bar, 3 community pools, bike and hike trails, fishing, surfing, horse stables, tennis and pickle ball courts, yoga, spa and grocery market, Golf is available outside development. Guests are able to access all beaches WITHOUT paying resort fee.

Separate apartment that is not part of main house is not included in rental. It has a separate driveway and entrance. It is sometimes occupied by 0wner. Privacy is fully maintained at main house, patio, pool and yard.
